Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly.
