Every time I want a bowl I head to this salsa Fresca. It is easy to get to and have good parking. Next to other quick take out restaurants like Jersey's Mikes and Tropical Smoothie. The app is simple to use and I like how the is place have a drive through window. I don't even have to get out of the car. The service is usually quick. The team would always have my order ready and it is packed up nicely. I actually never went inside the establishment but I am sure it is nice. I love how each bowl comes with chip and salsa. I had the chance to try a little bit of everything including the MVP Burrito, Keto Bowl, Aztec Bowl, Cozumel Quesadilla, Freedom Burrito, and the Soulmate Burrito. Everything was really good, but the Cozumel Quesadilla was definitely my favorite, especially with the aioli sauce. That sauce was perfection. I honestly wanted to put it on everything. You order at the counter and they make the food right in front of you. Once it's ready, you pay and can either grab a seat or take it to go. It's a quick, casual spot to grab a meal. Not really a romantic setting or anything like that, but it's great if you're looking for something fast and flavorful. I went in to let them know that I did not receive my birthday reward they (the team )act like they did not care. Also, I was supporting this location because the food was good regardless. .. but the customer service is very poorly and they do not appreciate their customers and I never see anyone smile or say welcome. Good Taco Salad. I have it at least once a month! I just wished they didn't had problems with the app. I always had a hard time redeeming my extra side of guacamole and the staff suggested I should ask to have it on the salad. Why does Salsa Fresca no longer include choices for salsa, dressing, and sauces on its Uber Eats menu? We have ordered their make-your-own bowls in the past, which have always included these choices. The last time we ordered, they were no longer offered, but we hoped they'd be included as condiments on the side. Wrong! Nothing included but the salsa that has always accompanied the tortilla chips. The bowls were therefore dry and lacking in flavor. As long as this omission continues, we will no longer be ordering from them on Uber. If picking up from the drive through window they often don't notice you're there for several minutes. In my last order they forgot my drink and didn't notice i asked for dressing on the side, which led my son to refuse to eat his lunch. The food was fantastic! The Mexican rice and black had great flavor and tasted super fresh. The bacon was crispy and the Baja chicken and queso was a great combo with the corn salsa and Chipotle Aioli. Love the included chips and salsa. This is supposed to be a bowl, it is wet and soupy, and looks like some disgusting sloppy joe soup. Every time I come here they fuck my order up. Go to the one in West Hartford they have never messed my order up. Last time I ordered BBQ beef bowl for pick up and when I got home I realized it was chicken. I decided to try it instead of complaining because why not just try it? Well, it tasted like dirty boiled chicken and the red onions tasted like they were expired/soiled. I went back and complained and asked for a refund. This time I tried again because I really like this place, the workers are always nice and I like the one in west Hartford a lot.
