I came in today honestly not knowing what to expect. I have never had an alignment or an adjustment before, however I have had chronic back pain since I was younger. After entering the office I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of care the staff had for their customers, for every customer that came in they were created with an cheerful smile and their first name. The staff really know and care for their customers. As for the check up it was wonderful! I had a one-on-one session Dr. Salse talking about my history and back pain as well as having my spine scanned by Maggie! She talked me through the whole process as she was doing and ask if certain things were okay. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time since she know this was my first time at a chiropractor. After the scan was completed the doctor came back in performed an examination on my spine and talked about the things that needed to be done and some of the apparent problems that could have caused my chronic pain. He also discussed some of the things he could do and some of the things I would need to do after he gave me an adjustment. Honestly, after the adjustment I feel in love. I have watched a lot of videos of bones being cracked online (like on buzzfeed I hope I am not the only one who is guilty of this) and it is honestly so much more satisfying having it done on you than simply watching it. I have gone through the whole day with less pain and more energy to do things. However, I still do have some back pain but I was informed that since it was chronic it will take a few adjustments to help make the pain go away since my body has been so used to the pain. Amazing as always! Dr.Salse is a Godsend! After having my baby i was all out of wack hehe the delivery was quite the experience taking all i had which left a few strained muscles m tied up nerves. Dr. Salse is very compassionate placing your health first above everything. My experience with doctors over the last twenty years is that they are about their bottom line and NOT the patient. We are treated as one more number and the majority of the time do not listen or care about how we are doing. We are faceless patients not to all doctors but the majority. I came to Dr. Salse after over 2 yrs of being in constant pain. I could not sit, drive, walk past the 1 hr to 2hr mark. My life revolved around two hour scheduling and then went home. I had been seen by Orthopedic Surgeons and other than medication they had done nothing to ease my pain. I did do an injection to my spine made it worse. I became addicted to Vicodine taking up to 4-5 a day to ease the pain. I as released from my work because by two hour mark id be laying on the floor in my office from the pain. I went in and out of the ER for Demerol injections to cover my pain not completely. I decided to try another avenue and made an appointment with Dr. Salse. Dr. Salse sat patiently and heard my story and asked me many questions during my assessment. The second thing he did was send me for x-rays.. He went over the results and found things other doctors had missed. He shared what type of treatment he could do if I wanted to proceed. I am a cash patient my insurance does not cover and I was afraid I would not be able to get the treatment. Dr. Salse worked out an arrangement that made it possible to manage my costs and I felt blessed. I am a little over a month in treatment and I felt better than I have in years. I feel that I have my life back! I was contemplating surgery before I saw him. I will continue to be a life long patient. You deserve to take care of yourself with a doctor who still cares about his patients and who actually will get your life back. Do not give up looking for treatment. In a matter on a month and a half, I had two appointments canceled on me. The first time I got the call a couple hours before my appt but since I was busy trying to get stuff done before my appt I didn't get a chance to check my phone until I got to the office and there was no one inside and it was locked. The day before I called to see if I can get a back adjustment along with the massage and the receptionist told me it shouldn't be a problem and I could just talk to the chiropractor since he was going to be in as well. Well, that morning when I went in for my appt no one was there...not the masseuse and not the chiropractor. You would think I would have at least got a back adjustment if the chiropractor was going to be in, but no...the office was closed. The second time, I got a call that my appt was being canceled on my way to the said appt. So basically 15 minutes before. Really frustrating since I can only go on weekends and have to plan accordingly. So I get the call of my canceled appt on a Saturday and when I tried to call the number listed on their website and on my groupon the following Friday, 6 days later, their number is not working. Great. When I finally find a number for them, the girl that answers isn't even in the office. So she says she will have someone from the office call me. Of course, I don't get that call back. I had to call the number again myself to talk to someone. It's gotten a bit ridiculous and I don't think I'm going back. I asked Groupon to give me at least my partial payment back which they have agreed to do. read more

Upon being part of their monthly program for the chiropractic, and massage service, I will say that there is major work that needs to be done with billing and the front desk. 3 times they forgot to bill me; the first time, they apologized for their error, and Dr. Salse personally let that month slide, which is fantastic customer service. The other two times, I wasn't made aware of the error until it had accumulated, so I needed to pay twice as much up front. Needless to say I was not happy about that. Luckily I had the funds, so I paid it off since I did receive all those services, however, what if another client did not have that extra money in hand?!? If they could just hire an additional person temporarily until they get everything straightened out and current, this place would be spectacular. Still love this place though, regardless.
