The jerk chicken taco was pleasantly spicy with a ton of flavor. The island chicken taco wasn't my thing--it was too sweet for me. We also got the guacamole and chips. The chips are not homemade, but still salty and simple. The guacamole could use a little seasoning, but it's chunky and refreshing. Menu also offers tacos with shrimp and a black power taco, which is a vegan taco made with black beans. Overall this food truck has a lot of potential. I do think things could be improved, however. Whenever we order, we always wait at least 25-30 minutes. That in itself isn't the issue--it's more due to the fact several people will come up after we've ordered, get their orders, and leave, while we are still waiting. This could be because whatever we ordered is still being prepped, but seems more due to lack of organization. Same goes for their schedule--if we had a little more notice and the schedule was posted with regularity, we would eat there more often.
