Very good. Burrito was huge and tasty. Outer of tortilla was grilled with a light coat of cheese.

It was ok. Overpriced and not up to valley Mexican food standard's in quality. They also added a extra charge for carne asada.

Patterson has a bazillion Mexican places. Most of them stink -- although a couple of the taco trailers are terrific. That said, I never found a good place for an awesome burrito -- something along the lines of a Chipotle -- yeah, yeah snobs I know -- but work with me here. Well, my search has ended. My goodness. Cool looking interior (that's closed thanks to the Chinese and their wonderful virus as I write this). Super friendly family. And quite simply the best burrito I've ever had. Better than El Tarasco in San Jose (long gone). Better than El Burrito in SoCal. Please get in there and support this place. Patterson needs it. They've only been open for a couple of months -- and world events couldn't have made the timing worse for these nice people who have their act together and deserve to make it. read more

I really wanted to like this new local spot. I've gone twice and it's just not good to me. Food is bland, rice is consistently undercooked and the burrito orders were never correct. If I pay for a super burrito, I expect that all extra ingredients are included. Interior is clean but the food is just not hitting the mark. read more

Great service and the food was very good. They forgot our order of rice and called me and offered to deliver it. My husband went to pick it up and they put in a hand written note with a mini cheesecake. They were so nice and rectified their mistake. We will definitely be returning customers. read more

We were passing through the area and met some friends for dinner here. The restaurant has a very nice interior seating area with tasteful decor. My husband and I tried an assortment of tacos and they all tasted so wonderful on the homemade corn tortillas! My favorite was the carnitas and I should also mention the horchata was very yummy! We are from San Diego so I like to think I am no stranger to great tacos but these will definitely stand out in my mind for a long time. I am envious that I don't live close by here because it would become a regular part of my routine! read more

I have been here twice within one week. I have ordered the salad and al pastor tacos. Both choices were delicious. The restaurant is clean and the owners and daughter have excellent customer service. PERFECTION! Salt and Pepper catered my wedding in November 2020. We had the chipotle Cream Chicken and Barbacoa along with Asada sopitos. The food was amazing and the display was perfect. My guest even had seconds and raved about everything! From the salsas to their house salad! Judith and her husband gave us the best service and tastiest food ever. Such professionals. The lady working the register was extremely rude. My burrito was good but it was cold. I ordered quesabirrias and they were awful. The tortilla they put them on was like a thick sponge. Went there for lunch yesterday. Nice decor, clean and pleasant. Food was very good. I had a carne asada burrito (regular size). It was very good. My wife had the chicken quesadilla. It was huge. She ate half and had the other half for dinner later. Friendly staff who checked on us often. read more

Lived here in Patterson for a few years now and I used to always hit Keyes taco truck. But check this new spot out. I got a Super burrito and queso birria tacos from here. They food go crazy! I am very amazed today fasho! Smackin! Great flavor, chunky portions, money's worth, great service, clean & smooth establishment! Especially during these times. Definitely will be back ASAP. This is the second time ordering from here. The first time was alright. Food was over cooked and didn't have much flavor. We decided to give them a second try. We ordered two regular burritos ( tortilla, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and sala) One was Asada and the other without meat. When we started to eat I noticed that mine only had meat, beans, and rice. My significant other had rice, beans, lettuce (a whole bunch of it), avocado, tomatoes, oinion, and some sort of salad dressing. It wasn't good at all. We had to throw it away. Ordered a super carne asada wet burrito with green sauce. My burrito came and you could tell they put red sauce and wiped it off and then green sauce, burrito was barely warm didn't taste very good at all. I wont be going back. read more

Excellent customer service and great food! My wife and I came home late last night were wanted some food and had been wanting to try this place out. I called them not realizing they were closing in 8 minutes. I called to ask if google was correct for closing time and the polite lady confirmed they do close at 9pm. I said I totally understand and I would try another day. She asked how soon I would pick up order and I said immediately after I got off the phone. She took my order and by the time I got there it was ready!! I am very thankful because the food was amazing! We both ordered tortas, they were different meats but both tasted so good. Im not sure if they make their own bread but it was soft and it had great taste. The portions were big and they did not skimp on their meats like most places. I was pretty hungry and finished my order(it wasn't easy) my wife on the other hand was only able to eat half of hers. I have to add that many of our friends and relatives had been recommending Salt&Pepper and we had been reluctant to go across town because of inconvenience. Never again! Im now excited to try a different item. I apologize but we were starving and we did not take pictures of our food. When I remembered I was half ways into my torta. Personally I don't like to see pics of half eaten food so thats why I did not take photos. I like the decor of the restaurant when I picked up my food. IF not for this scamdemic I would love to sit down and eat at the restaurant.I definitely recommend this place. read more

This is my new favorite place and I had to write a review. I had the asada sopa. The meat is perfectly seasoned and the meat juice is saucy. It was the best thing ever and only $4. This is probably the best taqueria in town. Their food has been consistently amazing each time I have visited. Their portions are very generous and flavor has always been amazing. I even went into the restaurant 10 minutes to closing (sorry about that). I ordered two burritos and a nacho plate. I was not rushed, and my food was fresh, hot, and amazing. Great customer service.
