A few months after I bought the car, a bunch of things went wrong and I had to pay thousands for repair. I didn't contact Automotive Solutions because I just thought it was a one time occurrence. However, a few months later, my car pretty much fell apart. I took it to a couple shops and they both quoted me an additional $3000-$4000. I called Automotive Solutions and told them about it and they accused me of being a rough driver, which is so wrong. I don't even drive this car that much - a few miles around town, but I obviously don't trust this car to go on road trips or up the canyon. I asked them if they would consider taking this LEMON back, but they refused and laughed at me for being so gullible believing it would take so much to get this car on the road again. I only went to Automotive Solutions because a family member is a friend of theirs, and I really regret even meeting them. I spent so much money fixing the lemon I got there, I could have bought a new car. I would NEVER recommend anyone go to them for anything.

Secondly, when I brought it to you the first time for the heater issue, the service advisor forced me to pay a $27.00 deductible. The warranty states I have a $25.00 deductible.  The heater worked for 3 days, then quit.  I brought the car back in, and you had it for almost 3 weeks.  When I came to pick it up finally, you tried to charge me the deductible again. It was back in for the same reason, I shouldn't have to pay another deductible. When I originally brought the car to you, my air conditioning worked fine.  When I picked the car up, it didn't work, I brought it back in a 3rd time and waited for it.  The service advisor came out and told me I had to pay $400.00 to recharge the A/C, just so you could try to diagnose why the A/C wasn't working.  I watched you (or whoever the service manager was that day) go into the service area with him, talk about it, then he came out and told me that. I have had the A/C evacuated and new freon put in, and the A/C is still not working.  Now I have to bring it back to you a 4th time for an issue that was not an issue when I brought it to you the first time.  Certainly, you can see why I'm upset.  I just want my car fixed.  I'm not going to pay another deductible for a problem your dealership caused. I was asked to contact them, which I did. Emailed the service manager, as well as left a VM for the general manager. As of the time of this review, no one has contacted me.

I brought my Subaru Forester to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown for their Beat the Heat A/C special…read morebecause my air conditioning was working intermittently. They found the refrigerant was low, recharged the system, checked for leaks, replaced two O-rings, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, after the repair, the A/C would only stay cold for about 15-20 minutes before blowing warm air again. I brought it back six days later, and they determined that the A/C compressor was failing after it heated up. Because this required another diagnosis, there was initially going to be a $120 diagnostic fee. I explained that I felt this was related to the original issue I had brought the vehicle in for, and Brad Schatz took the time to listen to my concerns. He agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I thought was a fair resolution. No one likes having unexpected car problems, but what stood out to me was how Brad handled the situation. He treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make things right. That's the kind of customer service that earns my trust, and it's why I'm happy to leave a five-star review.

Well, let me save you the stress and worry, this is not one of those types of dealerships! Starting my experience with sales, Ethan Haycock, who from start to finish was on my side and totally transparent throughout the entire process! He fought to get me the best interest rate and worked with an amazing woman by the name of Brittany Given, and the man....Chris Fairclough the salesmanager, who also swung for the fences to get me the best APR! From there, I went to work with Steve Martinez, the finance director, who continued the experience of transparency and willingness to build my own custom coverage that fit my needs! After that, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Johana Cano, who helped me get familiar with all of the and outs on the Subaru touch screen platform and all the benefits of the vehicle. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough in explaining everything you need to know about your new vehicle! Finally, Carlos Andrade, and his service team...Issac, Bri, Ivan, Alex, Jerry, Brittany, Ethan, and Rachel are not only super helpful and personable...but they GENUINELY want your experience to be the absolute best! At the end of the day being in sales, I understand that margin is a part of sales....and I want them to make their portion, even though they don't make commission! The difference is with this dealership actually shows you that they are in your corner, every step of the wave of the process!

Blaze Thompson (Salesman) 2019 F150 Platinum V8…read moreSale Made(October 7,2023 8pm) Good day to you all! Man I read reviews on this place and I don't know why people are so mad at them here. I actually seen this truck online and came straight from Las Vegas to purchase this vehicle. Not only did they hold it for me, they went and picked it up from the other dealership and made sure to clean it up before we left, but it wasn't dirty at all so no complaints there. I had an appointment to go to California or Sunrise Ford I should state, but they ended up being weird and wanted to tax on extra fees for no reason. Like 7K in fees that I didn't even ask for. Then they didn't even want to hold the truck for me so I said screw them, I'm from Vegas and I don't like to gamble at all so I found this one within two hours and came out here the next day to pick em up. Dealership was extremely clean and all the salesman were dope and fresh. I was standing out front and checking out the lot while my wife handled the paperwork and seen at least three of their salesman in action. They won't pressure you into a deal, they actually don't need to do that since all their whips seems like they are all deals. Got to have a few conversations with a few of them and they just seemed like normal people tryna make an honest living. The experience here is unheard of and it's it sad I had to come all the way to Utah to experience this type of treatment. My salesman was awesome and fresh! Mad respect for him and their place of business and I do thank you for all you have done to get me this deal and get me my truck back. Thank you....Blaze & Low Book Sales for helping me out. It was fun to drive up here and have my first out of state purchase ever on a vehicle. Don't read reviews and base your decision off their experience, you'll have to get your own experience to actually feel what it's like! cause each one of us are different so we all take to sales differently. So find your whip and head on over and get your keys, it's just that simple.
