They gave me a nice drive and it was not terrible to get there or home from the shore to the New Braunfels area. The store itself is in the end of a strip mall. Inside the store. It is fairly spacious and what I would describe as well organized. I browsed around some of the items just to see what they had and it seemed like everything was in really good condition. The item we got my wife called ahead for and asked if they can hold it for a day and they were willing to do that. Which was very nice because when you have a newborn it reminds me of the Steinbeck quote. The plans of mice and Men often go awry and we just couldn't make it there the day she saw the items she wanted. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and a pleasure to interact with. All in all we really like the store for a number of reasons. Outside of getting a great deal, another big concern of ours is the textile waste and product plastic waste from getting new toys, clothing and baby items. They often outgrow them quickly and while the items may be small when you're constantly buying new contribute to landfills. Shopping at consignment shops like this are a great way to help combat that by making sure gently used goods don't end up in the garbage. We really appreciate the store and will likely be shopping here for years to come

Truly a great store. Constantly restocking items, good prices, wide variety. Reviewers that are…read morecomplaining about rude employees and inappropriate music are not representative of the DOZENS of times that I have visited this store to BOTH buy and sell items. If you are mad because they wouldn't take your stuff, one of two things is likely true. One, your stuff is not as good as you think it is. Two, you did not read ahead to find out what items they are currently taking. Remember, you are giving them things you do not want. Don't be so arrogant to assume that anyone else will, let alone someone who would like to sell them. The truth is that this is a great store, particularly for sports related items and winter gear.

However, there is an older woman in there working who continuously kept bumping into me, shouting so loudly "Excuse me" and then puts clothes away right in the section that I'm browsing through as if she did not care that I was actively searching for an item. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with her but surely you can stock the items after I leave that area and there was no reason for her to come barreling through where she kept stepping on my feet. I find this place to be overrated, rude and way too snobby. I'm not spending my money at a place that treats me this way regardless of how adorable the clothes are. I wanted to purchase the outfit so badly that I thought about buying online but I'm not playing into this. From reading the other reviews, this is an ongoing problem that they choose to do nothing about.

Very unprofessional supervisors and management team they have .

Fabrics are sturdy and I've owned some pieces for several years that still look amazing! The ladies here are always helpful and will spend the time with your for fitting, customers service issues, or just helping with a particular style and finding sizes. Also I would check out their IG page which posts pretty regularly on the newest items that come in and are modeled straight away. Parking is a real bummer, especially on a weekend. Residents get the majority of the spaces, making it hard to find the metered parking spots. Heads up for those who need handicapped parking- they park for free next to the metered spaces. Very trendy and hip place. Love it!

Apparently their policy is when you pick up a "boardwalk sale" item and request to try it on, you're directed to try it on outside in front of people walking or sitting outside (which include men). I was extremely uncomfortable with being told to change in front of complete strangers outside of the store. This seems to be very odd and I'm not sure that's sanitary nor is it moral. I ended up putting all of the items back and leaving. I am absolutely mind blown that that's how they conduct business. Imagine your young daughter shopping here and told to try stuff on outside the store because it's a "boardwalk sale" item when there are clearly fitting rooms inside. WILD. Somebody needs to address this.
