The team was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely excited to help him create something that felt like his own. The vibe in the shop is so welcoming -- cool, creative, and full of that true SoCal skate spirit. You can tell they really care about the community and the next generation of skaters. Having a couple of items in my closet that I loved by Eddie Bauer, I reached out to add to my wardrobe. And as a smart shopper, I always look at Clearance items first. So, I was so happy to see a couple of items that I had to have. With 60% off, I'd be insane not to snatch these up! So, in purchasing the items, I noted how many of the items were still in stock by the time of my purchase, and was glad I struck when I did. Then the waiting began... And continued... To the point that I couldn't believe I was still waiting for items that were on their way out the door anyway. I replied to the email that announced the confirmation of my order asking where my goods were. In about a day, they got back to me to tell me that they had canceled one of my orders, saying that they were not able to confirm the source could deliver. In a few days more came the fall of the second shoe. Literally. The sandals I ordered were now canceled too. In all my years of shopping, I've never had this happen. Ever. And I won't be giving Eddie Bauer the chance to screw me over again. Buh-bye!

It's free, and since this store is located in the San Clemente Outlet, the mall itself is large and enjoyable to walk around. My boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with Vuori, so we had to stop by while at the outlets. Being an outlet location, the store has many sales items, and I was excited to check out both new arrivals and discounted favorites. We found the Aspen Half-Zip Jacket in gray for only $59, which was a great find. We also found a pair of shorts that were marked on sale, but the price was actually higher than the U.S. retail price. When we asked the staff, we were told it was full price and nothing could be done, which was a little frustrating. On the positive side, Lindsey that was helping with customers in the dressing room were super helpful and kind, making our shopping experience pleasant. We ended up buying the shorts at full price but still felt good about the value of the jacket. Overall, the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. I would recommend checking the prices beforehand, but it's definitely worth a visit!

Their item prices are comparable to the ones by Lululemon. In my opinion, it's really more a comfort wear rather than serious athletic wear. The fabric itself has a softer comforting feel to it. I really love their soft fabrics and decided to try out their famous leggings. I am probably going to end up with dozens of them in the next few months!!! It's not as bulky as wearing my sweat pants. But it still have enough structure that I wouldn't feel like I am walking around outside in my pajama leggings. Parking is easy and free at the store. The store merchandising was well organized and less cluttered than the Lululemon store outlet down the corridor. I have been sold!! However, they refuse to honor sale, apparently because I'm a male shopper. The discount is only for female shoppers. Lesil, the manager, was asked about the policy and signage and she refused to honor any discount on clearance, stating this was only for womens clearance section. Nothing in the signage states that and would be misleading to a consumer. False and misleading store who doesn't seem to care. I am refusing to shop here any further.

Of all the stores I visited, the customer service was very chill or beachy, where no one really bothers you or try to sell you anything. Visitors and shops all seem pretty friendly. There's multiple parking lots in the area. You can also take the trolly to the outlets, if you're traveling by train. Only takes about 25 minutes if it's not too busy, or a full trolley ride. I didn't see much food choices here. but a few coffee shops. There's a noodle place that I saw that looked interesting. Maybe at my next visit.
