The kimchi was hands down some of the best I've had in a long time--perfectly ripened with incredible depth of flavor. We ordered the soft tofu soup, rice cake soup, and spicy pork, and every dish was excellent. Comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of the food, the service was wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Please support this lovely restaurant in Bellingham. It's the kind of place you hope stays around for a long time. We tried the Mac Miller burger which is a burger topped with jalapeño aioli and creamy mac and cheese. You can modify if you'd like a single patty, double (how it comes), or triple. We also got a side of fries. The burger is amazing!! Best burger we have ever had! The crispiest patty and so moist and the mac and cheese is definitely creamy just like it says. We are obsessed!
