Then after that I couldn't get a hold of anyone!!! Jenny or Jeanne whatever her name is, is very unprofessional. We had to buy toilet paper and detergent to wash sheets b/c of COVID-19. We don't want to sleep in dirty sheets. She asked me days later how I could make it up to her. I told her a partial refund would suffice. She agreed and has yet to make this wrong a right!!! All I get are EXCUSES!! This poor excuse for a human does not care about customers!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! One of her excuse is that she has too many properties to keep up with.

I definitely love this casino and better than Sam's Town as they have much more machines there and layout is much better. They do not have any card games however unless I missed it. The issue was that we were next to people that had a lot of noise on the first night and were totally drunk and security had to come up and settle things down. Service was really friendly as they let us do late checkout. I hope next time we get to stay in a suite as in Sam's Town we get to stay in the suite. I probably had the most fun at this casino as they had a range of good games and I had some good wins and I probably came out a winner here. However, I wish I came out a winner throughout the trip. The only issue I have is the lack of machines to cash out the machines as during a busy night the line can get really long as I usually like to cash out the ticket. I did see a lot of people get jackpots, but I was not one of them, but I can see potential. They only had the 5 line version of the Ainsworth games, but I learned to play with the 5 lines and was not too bad. I did well on both the high and low volatile games and lasted quite a long time there. Unfortunately, I gave back most of my money as I was chasing the $10 dollar pinball as I really wanted to try for a jackpot. But I had fun though. It does get smokey and very crowded here. the slot machines are very close together and you can bump into people easy. The soda machines there are only 2 locations I know of. I play craps, and this place doesn't have table games, so I spent my time at the bar playing card games on my phone. This place seems to have plenty of slot machines. It didn't take Dad long to drop his $200, but such is gambling. The other geriatric patients that I overheard in the restaurant seemed to have the same experience. Though this joint is clean, it smells like an ashtray. I wish that casinos would consider that most people don't smoke these days. But, apparently the people who suck down heaters still drop money in their machines. Oh well. Parking here is free. The place is easy to navigate. If not for my dad, however, I wouldn't come here. And I definitely wouldn't stay in their hotel. If they added some table games and sent the smoking clientele to the back 40, my opinion might change.

However, for the price versus quality, it is not somewhere I would likely choose to stay again. The beautiful rooms are gilded, with your standard problems found in other not as nice hotels. The faucets and shower heads are not cleaned with toothpaste and soaps still affixed to them. The historic looking bathroom door is missing part of the original fixtures so you have a peephole into the sanctum. The minifridge is even more mini than normal. Despite two beds there was only one seat at of one bed. Nitpicks, but odd.

"Life size pool" is an alright idea I guess, except all the balls were flat and some had gaping holes in them. Weeds and grass are taking over the place, it seems like it hasn't been mowed or sprayed in months, or even years. The guy at the front was barely able to give our rooms to us as he was a couple beers deep and we observed him wandering around drinking and smoking throughout our stay. And this was the only visible employee I saw the entire time we were there. No wonder the resort is such a ramshackle. I didn't take any picture of the room because I thought it was alright. The Yelp description says they provide pans, but we didn't find anything like that in the kitchen. There's a fridge, microwave, sink, a tiny little coffee maker, and a little bit of soap. There were no cups, utensils, plates, or anything. You have to bring everything yourself, it's like camping. The bathroom had no towels or soap in it. To my surprise, though, they had toilet paper at least. The pool and water pad are pretty good, but since it's in the shade it was pretty cold. There is a little playground thing for kids which was really fun, but the rest of the place pretty much ruins everything. To bring all this to a conclusion, this place is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Maybe it would have been worth it a couple years ago, but now the lack of maintenance has made the place unenjoyable.
