Return customer and highly recommend Saltwater Inn. Rooms are nicely remodeled. Additionally there is no bad room with the views of the Marina. While we have a favorite room on the second floor we stayed on the third floor this past week. Wow! 360 views, very comfortable and nicely decorated. You feel at home.

Outdated, overpriced, and looking to make any extra charges they can. Tube tv's with vcr's, mismatched linens, and only 2 pillows. No ac, was over 85 degrees in the room when I walked in. Also, no way to keep your windows open as they open ALL the way and we were on the first story. Our party was one of five rooms and everyone else said that they couldn't sleep all night due to the noise. I wondered why they supplied ear plugs! One of the other rooms also wouldn't shower there as it was all rusty and seemed dirty. Mine was actually the highlight of my room! I would expect much more as we all paid just over $100/night. They charged $40 as a pet fee and $50 for a late check out. Even charged me $10 for an overly-soiled hand towel!?! I stay in hotels for work frequently and this is one of the worst experiences I've had. Look elsewhere...

They have a pretty good dining room and bar... But the hotel rooms are like a bad trip back to the 80's.... Miss matched bedding on top of horrible mattresses. PLEASE update your hotel rooms! The 18" TV's are ancient!! Come on!

Paid $120 for a $30 room. Drunks in the parking lot, running around all nite. Management closes up and leaves with no one to answer calls. You can here everyone in every room around you. One neighbor was locked in his room unable to get out! He beat on his door tell 0230. Had to call 911. They gave me $10 off for the inconvenience of my half hour of sleep. Unless they lower the rate to $30 don't stay here! O & Greg, Kerri should be hating this place. And I like her for it!

    Room#115. Wonderful & Roomy!

The room was great, the people on the staff were nice, and the attached restaurant served a great steak!

You get what you pay for. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, clean rooms and the jetty is right across the street.

My mom would get cold so she had the heater on in her room. The Cabin we were in was dog friendly and easy to keep clean with linoleum flooring. The cabin also had a 2 chair table inside as well as 2 adirondack chairs outside to relax in. It was perfect for 3 people (my parents and me) They got the bedroom and I slept on the pullout couch. I loved the the couches had covers on them so it would be easy to wash if the dogs were on it. There is also an area for the dogs but wished there was a fence for it. But that's ok. The cabin had pots and knives, cutlery, bottle openers, glasses, 2 mugs, plates and bowls, a single coffee maker with little creamers and sugars . I didn't see pans. But I'm sure you could ask if they have some or use the pots. For the fisherman, there are 2 areas to clean your fish so cabin 16 was right in front of there which was convenient. There is also a stand for a pot for a crab boil on the other side of the fish cleaning station across from Cabin 16. The cleaning staff were helpful when we needed supplies like more towels. or letting us know where the ice machine was located. I didn't see any laundry areas so I just walked 2 min to the Westhaven Laundry. It was clean there too. Parking was non covered and next to each entrance of the cabins or you can park across the way. Lots of safe parking. Not really wheelchair friendly for the cabins and the area since it's rocky ground with some patches of grass.

With a quick glance at the map it looked like there were a few walkable places nearby. I didn't read much about it and mostly just choose it based on price as I just needed a place to sleep for a night, but was pleasantly surprised by what we found. The person working behind the counter was super nice and friendly. I appreciated the info he told us about the surrounding area and the recommendation to go for a sunset walk nearby. I also appreciate that this property has parking spots right in front of your room. The building is an older style, but very quaint. You get actual room keys which are a bit bulky, but sometimes do make me feel more safe than the electronic keys. Everything was clean and in good working order. I had no idea this place had a kitchen, but this allowed me to save some money by having a meal in the room. There is a grocery store located very close. I also really appreciated the bathroom amenities which included a toothbrush and toothpaste which is not something I recall seeing in a hotel anytime in recent years. There's a large grass area out front which children were playing in and people were walking their pets. There's a covered structure that looked ideal for spending time outside in the colder/wetter weather. There's a bar with good food to the left, a brewery with pizza up the road to the right and a Mexican place across the road.

And for a motel lodging this place is super clean with little touches that make it homey, such as flowers. Ps - dont worry, the management is friendly.
