We got lucky and scored a room last minute! One of their 3rd floor suites with a queen bed and I'll out sofa bed. There is 1 TV in the room and 1 in the living room area. Pros- Clean, spacious, 2 TV's, nice size mini fridge! Dining Table w/ two chairs, nicely remodeled, microwave, coffee, ice machine, heaters inside and fans to plug in because it did get a little warm inside the room but the windows have a nice breeze that's comes through! Dog friendly. $15/night. Smart TVs with Netflix etc. big TVs! CLEAN AND YOU ALWAYS SEE A Employee CLEANING. Cons- small tub, thin blankets(for summer it's fine if windows are closed) I suggest requesting more pillows if you plan to use the sofa bed. Not much lighting in the living area only 1 lamp. No plug near the bedroom end tables for charging. Well not on the side I slept, didn't check my husbands side. It was a really nice place to stay, in walking distance to everything. Customer service was great! We will definitely stay in the 1 bedroom suite again. This is our new favorite place to stay in Westport. read more

If I could give negative rating, I definitely would they have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in literally my whole entire life. I had what I believed is the manager fully yell at me and then hang up on me after they charged my card $822 and I'm not even staying the night there because they set up my whole entire reservation and then when it was already going through they said oh I'm so sorry it's a two night stay minimum so then my order is canceled, but then they ran the card again so right now I have two charges for $411 and I wanna call and get it figured out because you're holding $822 dollars of my money and he yells at me and HANGS UP on me. Our very first time staying at this Inn for a 1-night stay. Arrived at 2:00 PM on Friday, 5/30/25 and checked out on Saturday, 5/31/25, at 10:25 AM. Decided to do some Dungeness Crabbing at the Westport Marina, so this Inn was a reasonable place to stay at for the convenience and price for a last minute trip. The Inn's room itself was cozy and quaint. Had 2 Queen sized beds on the 1st floor, right in front of the parking lot. Bathroom was kind of on the smaller end, but it was manageable. Didn't see a thermostat, which was kind of a sore spot since it had no ventilation and stuffy inside the room. The window had one long curtain that you could pull on and TV seemed like a regular television set. Could use an upgrade, though. A definite CON at this Inn are the super thin walls! You can hear every little noise and whomever is on either side of your room and they can hear you, too. Even on the welcome letter, they mention the really thin walls and that you can even get kicked out if someone complained about you for being too loud over the walls! It was a good experience, nonetheless. Staying at this Inn was alright, besides some improvements that I had mentioned already. I will never stay here again. Drunken fights all night, yelling, smoking area right in front view. A dumpster next to stairwell full and a dirty toilet. No one to help with anything. They charge you and it's higher than what you already paid online. Mold, old falling apart furnishings. Health department issues galore. If you stay at Grayland beach it's better. I spent over 580 for the weekend at this dump. I just spent 510 Memorial day weekend on the water in Oregon and we have no mold, clean, 24 hr help and a pool. The Lanai on the Cove. I'm beyond livid no one got back to me and I'm surprised we stayed all weekend. I was afraid the entire time. I don't wish bad things for this place but please fix these issues or don't charge so much. Be available and enforce quiet time, no fights and get rid of all the health and safety issues I wish you success but it's just not for us and others deserve to know. A happy accident! I thought I was reserving a cabin at Westport Marina but got the inn instead! Glad I did! After a brutal year I needed time to recover and that is exactly what I got. My cabin was spotless! It had all the amenities of a great hotel, the bed was cosy and I had forgotten how great it was to cook with gas. The staff was kind and welcoming and the restaurant options, even in winter, were so hard to choose from. To call these rooms "Ocean View" is a stretch. On a good day you might see the ocean poking out over the rooftops but the view is actually of their parking lot. The room itself was clean but only a half step above acceptable. Very run-down, covered over with new flooring. One tiny window near the bathroom provided zero ventilation and if not for the cheap fan I found in the closet(?), I would have had to leave the front door open all night. I was thrilled with this location and wonderful interiors and location. Everyone was very friendly and Luna was particularly lovely and a wonderful hostesses and had a great sense of humor. The Inn has free bikes and we were able to take a bike ride around Westport. Everything we needed was provided even before we could ask. The rooms were comfortable and warm and although we didn't have a view of the sea, I would go have my delicious room coffee on the 3rd floor open patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and Marina and far more birds than I even knew the names of! Their idea of ocean view and mine are a bit different. I suppose I could See the ocean, sorta. You could catch glimpses over and around the buildings between the room and the water. There was no AC and only a small 12 inch square window that opened. They did provide a fan. The toilet was jammed close to a wall so when you say on it you had the toilet paper roll pushed up against your ribs. The outlets were positioned behind the beds and not very accessible. Beds were sleepable but turned many times during the night to adjust. This room was not horrible, I would call it so so. I don't think it was priced right for what it was, I expect more for the price. read more

Location wise this place was great! But that was the only good thing. The door had gaps in it and the room was freezing! We had to duck tape over the cracks just to keep the wind out and what's even worse is that it rained and there was water leaking into our room. Imagine coming in and changing into warm dry clothes and walking over to the table and stepping in a pool of water on the floor that leaked in from the outside. The bed were not the best but to be fair I wasn't expecting a luxurious bed but a little comfort would have been nice. I'm honestly glad I thought to bring my heated blanket bcuz otherwise me and my kids would have been freezing all night. We informed the office and the only thing they offered were a few more blankets. Spending over 100 bucks to be freezing and wet the least the could have done was maybe offer a discount rate for our next stay. Assuming we will even be using them again. PROS: Location, location location! Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Extremely friendly and communicative front desk staff, which was reassuring since we stayed during the Covid pandemic and had zero contact check in. Room was ready for us to check in early, which I love! CONS: Weather was hotter than typical and the room has no A/C, no fan, and the window doesn't open. It was stuffy beyond belief! We had to keep the door open to be able to breathe; literally, slept with it open a crack (with security bar in place) just so we could get air. There were no cups in the room (we didn't ask for any, I'm sure they would have brought them), and the TP is the worst. Overall, I would stay there again but I would bring my own TP and cups, and if it's hot, I'd bring a fan. That was by far the worst part. read more

Facility looks good on the outside, updated look and property with several options available. Hotel room, cabins, RV sites. Our hotel room was dated. Multi gallon low profile toilet, burned out lighting, excessive use of extension cords on too few outlets, some without cover plates. Spider webs and a few bugs too. The hot water wasn't easily available, had to wait a longer time than expected for it to reach our room. Nice tv, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Closet was about 1/3 the size of a phone booth not that we cared, we were in our room after dark only but the beds were comfortable! For the money it beats camping in coastal WA. Room was tiny, too warm, noisy, and dark. Also, everything in the room was old, and we didn't see any effort to renovate or even fix broken areas. No control over the heating system. I usually get cold easily, but we needed to keep a door cracked open a whole night, since no window we can open or fan in the bathroom. You think if the room is that insulated, it must be sound proof.....Wrong! We heard what next doors were watching/talking...kids screaming and running around upstairs... Also, the room was supposed to be with ocean view, but nah...it wasn't even worth 10 bucks with or without view. Only good thing about this place is the location. Clean enough, but very outdated. Older building has the smell of an antique store. We stayed in a king room with "ocean view" but it was really a harbor view across 2 parking lots and a rock jetty. There were also 3 tiny worms we saw on the wall in the bathroom which I'm assuming was moth larva since there were a couple small moths in the room. Considering I paid the same price for a brand new suite at a Seattle Marriott, I would definitely not return. There's better options in town, even though for some reason sleepy little beach towns can get away with a 30 year time warp where decor is concerned. I had purchased this on groupon. the room was clean to surface but there was a bit of mold around windows. the heater in the bedroom didn't work, which isin't great in february. the service was great overall, very friendly and attentive. parking situation filled up pretty quickly. the stairs are a bit difficult since the rugs filled with water- be careful on the stairs. dog friendly which was nice. not sure we'll be back but location is good and overall a decent affordable option. read more

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the rooms look out to the crashing waves, which is great to fall asleep to that sound at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Melissa at the front desk... a fellow coffee freak. The advertising says that the rooms are recently renovated, and although the room was nice and comfortable, there were elements that need to be kept up a little more, such as the bathroom and squeaky floors. It's a very clean place though, which is great considering the chain hotels are hardly ever clean. We stayed here because of a Groupon deal... 2 nights plus a bottle of wine and a fresh rose for Valentine's Day. What a bargain at $119.00!!! Definitely worth the 3 hour drive. Paid about $180 for one night for three people (two queen beds) and it did the trick. Room was very clean and one block away from our charter. Bed was comfy but everything else in the room in terms of quality was cheap and squeaked. Since we booked a night just so we can sleep for our fishing trip, we mainly cared about the bed. But, if the cheap appliances, squeaking floor, or super duper thin walls bug you, I wouldn't recommend it. We heard our neighbors upstairs walk around their room, talk, and laugh past 10pm. You could essentially hear the conversation. The walls are extremely thin. BRING EARPLUGS!!! The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. She knew the area very well and allowed us to keep our car in the motel's parking lot while we fished. read more

UPSIDES: -we stayed in a King suite on a Groupon on the top floor with a view of the ocean and sound of crashing waves very nearby. -pleasant staff -free cookies at the front desk! -the rooms are all recently renovated and pleasant (if a bit cheap in construction) -most amenities including bathrobes, TVs with cable, coffee maker, mini-fridge, etc. -complimentary bottle of wine on our Groupon. DOWNSIDES: - Wifi was not working. They were switching over so hopefully now it's fixed. - no elevator, only stairs. - no room phone, bring your cell. - small shower with very low showerhead. - the bathroom didn't have nearly enough counter space because the sinktop was small. They need to add a side table in the bathroom. - the weight room had nicer equipment, but was all crammed into a dusty and dark corner in the Coho hall where anyone working out would be in full view of the elderly RV people hanging out. See their website for pics of both. We opted for walking. VERDICT? Yes, we'd stay here again. Decent affordable accommodation in a small town. We stayed in one of their little cottages instead of the hotel. It was great! It was super clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the extra "bed" that doubled as a couch. We were able to bring our small 2 dogs with us too! This was nice, since we all like the beach together. The only problem we had were the loud neighbors. Now that in itself wasn't a problem-but finding management that would assist in calming the loud cabin next to us was. It was past 3am and they were still out playing their guitars and laughing and drinking and singing, despite even asking us almost 2 hours earlier if they were being loud. No place to sit in comfort. Very low wattage incandescent lighting. You have to turn on every single light. Even in the daytime! Maid service? Clean towels, yes. Clean sheets, no. Hotel charged 30% when I made the reservation and then charged the remaining 70% of the fee 4 days prior to the reservation (Wed). I asked them to wait until the Friday before our Sunday reservation to charge me and they agreed and told me they "voided" the charge they made on Wed. The charge never dropped off my account. One day before the reservation (Sat), they charged my card again without my consent. My bank said the transaction was "finalized" and there was no record of any refund or void from the merchant for the charge on Wed. Upon arrival (Sunday), the hotel wanted the full fee - AGAIN, because the charge from Saturday was "pending"! I explained the situation, showed them my mobile bank statement with the full fee pending in my bank account. I called my bank, waited on hold an hour, and had the bank rep explain the situation to the front desk - that the fee was finalized on Sat. and would "hard post" to the merchant's bank on the next business day (Monday). Since the 30% deposit I paid when I made the reservation only covered 70% of the first night's fee, the front desk made me pay an additional 30% for the first night, even though the entire payment for both nights would post to their account the next day (they said I had an outstanding balance because they refused to understand they never refunded me the money in the first place). So I basically had to over-pay more than the agreed-upon fee for both nights just so they wouldn't kick us out of our room. It was a shake down. They did not even check their bank account to see if my payment had already posted to their account - they were only looking at their own notes in the computer which were wrong. So they basically required extra money to stay the first night. Now they will have to refund the extra money I paid which will make it unavailable to me for another 5 days until it posts back to my account. We ended up leaving after the first night anyway bc we only got 4 hours of sleep and could not manage another night like that. There were disgusting, large stains on the each of the sheets (thankfully we brought sleeping bags and our own pillows), the beds were so hard and bare to the springs that my back problems were triggered and I was in pain an hour after going to bed. My neck hurt all day the next day. The queen bed was like an old cotton or wool futon after years of compression. The sleeper sofa mattress was 3 inches thick and full of springs. The hotel is VERY noisy - you can hear every movement from every adjoining room - lots of banging around and stomping noises and you can hear everyone talking through the walls. You can literally feel the reverberations from people walking around. The fake wood floors look good but hotels use carpet because it reduces noise. This "Inn" was extremely noisy. You can see the ocean from the 3rd floor window but only if you're ok leaving the curtain open so everyone walking past your room on the walkway outside can see in your room. If you want natural light you have to leave the curtain open to let everyone see inside your room. The Inn is 3 stories high and we were on the third floor, but somehow we still heard people stomping around on the roof at night. The view to the west and east are of RV parks. read more

You get what you pay for. There is somewhat of a panoramic Vista on the balcony. There is really not much to do unless you just want to relax and if the weather permits walk by the Beach. We stay here once or twice a summer and this was our first time in a cabin. They are always super accommodating but we had a few issues this time. One was there was a hole in our bathroom door, inside and out and the tub drain wouldn't work. Seems like a lot of new staff here. For paying almost $600 for 2 nights I would expect a little more. Also the lock on our door wouldn't work because it was so rusted. Definitely a little disappointed this time around but will be back next summer as it's the most convenient location and they have spots for trailers, the motel and the cabins so it works for all my family. read more

Definitely one of the best looking hotels in Westport. However, the beds roll out from underneath you when you get up and if you are wanting to get a decent nights sleep I suggest staying somewhere else. We stayed in cabin 2 and will be coming back! The cabin was FULLY STOCKED, including dishes, silverware, appliances, and even things like papertowels and dishsoap. The cabin was very clean, included a good selection of comcast cable, a dvd player as well. We had a jetted tub, which we enjoyed. We were able to park right next to our cabin, and we were able to bring our golden retriever with us too! The ONLY downfall was the bed, it was pretty uncomfortable, springy, we will be bringing a foam mattress pad with us next time :) will be coming back, by far the nicest place to stay in westport! read more
