[[HIGHLIGHT]]The possible short of staffing showed up in its slow service, messy tables and slippery floor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Yet we paid premium for it all. But for the delicious Margarita, I will take it. Our waitress worked hard to make sure we were well attended. But she just couldn't be at two places the same time. Food came late and semi-warm. The popular duck taco I ordered didn't taste bad. But the combination of duck chunks, cream cheese, and Caribbean Jerk seasoned cabbage seemed like a mismatch. All well, fault was all mine. I will not order it again. It seemed I was the only person didn't like the food. Tamales, stuffed avocado, Quesadilla, Queso dip, chip and salsa were all being devoured by bunch of picky eaters. I envy them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant layout and setting is not senior friendly. It took some time to assist my 80 yrs old neighbor get seated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was worried she might fall because of the narrow path and slippery floor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was also a very warm humid day. Staffs kept both front and side door open. The fan in our seating section didn't work which made the dining experience very uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, it is a fair good restaurant for Palm Harbor folks. I hope my next visit will be much pleasant.

We had a great experience at Salty Lime Cantina and will definitely be back. The food was excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The house margaritas were delicious, especially with Tajín added. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was attentive throughout our visit. It's clear the team works hard, and it shows in the overall experience. I know there's been some discussion around the mandatory 20% service charge, but for us, it was clearly communicated and we felt the service matched it. We appreciated knowing upfront and had no issues with it. As a new business opening nearby, we love supporting other local spots doing things well. Salty Lime Cantina is a great addition to Palm Harbor, and we're glad we stopped in.

Great Mexican in downtown Palm Harbor! To start, freshly made inhouse tortilla chips and guacamole and salsa! Huge plate of build your own fajitas with expertly grilled proteins & veges - my wife had the shrimp. I had the soft tacos of carne asada grilled steak and pork carnitas. I want to emphasize the expertly grilled part! Many Mexican places just overcook and char proteins & veges into submission and hope their sauces hold it together and make it palatable. Not this place that takes attention on their expert grill, leaving meat and veges tasty and chewy and delicious.

Great lunch on Sunday at Salty Lime! Food was excellent especially my enchiladas! The rice and beans were exceptional. Others enjoyed tacos, shrimp fajitas and a burrito bowl. Salsa was freshly made and delicious. Kudos to the manager for being friendly and engaged. We will be back for the brunch based on his recommendation.

$22 for an enchilada??????? I think that's about all that needs to be said. That's not inflation that's greed. It's Mexican food! You want $22 for tortilla some meat and a little cheese? 1 spoon of beans and rice. Absolutely not. Yes everything is expensive but that price is highway robbery. I won't be back at those prices. I would hate to see the bill with drinks and chips and additional entrees. If a Mexican restaurant costs you $100 for a small family you are in the wrong place. And that was after circling for an hour trying to get a parking spot. This is the second time I've tried to come here. The first time I was told they won't do take out. The second time it took 30min to get take out of one item. Why take out? As previously mentioned, parking is impossible. I had planned on going in The food was mid Service is slow The environment was ok Parking is impossible It's a no from me I'll travel to Clearwater for authentic Mexican at a better price. Actually another location just opened up in tarpon springs for Hacienda Corralejo. Go there

Chips, salsa, and side of queso were good, the burrito and the children's taco were flavorless.

We returned later that evening, and the experience exceeded our expectations. As soon as we pulled into the garage, the valet attendant remembered us and welcomed us back. It was such a small gesture, but it made a big impression. Once we made our way to the rooftop, Hannah, the manager, greeted us like family. She remembered our earlier conversation, asked if we were celebrating anything, and genuinely went out of her way to make us feel special. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and authentic. We ended up spending hours enjoying the rooftop atmosphere, and every staff member we interacted with made sure we had everything we needed. I can't say enough great things about Hannah and her team. I ordered a Moscow Mule while my partner enjoyed an Aperol Spritz. The bartender suggested trying the Hibiscus Mule, and it was a fantastic recommendation--a refreshing twist on one of my favorite cocktails. Between the outstanding service, delicious drinks, breathtaking rooftop views, and welcoming atmosphere, we had an incredible evening. As locals, we're excited to have found a new favorite spot, and we're already planning to come back this weekend. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in Clearwater Beach

We sat outside at the bar and really enjoyed chatting with the bartenders--Dillon and Clyde were fantastic. They made great recommendations and were very attentive. The tiki drinks were fantastic--great flavor, strong, and not overly sweet. I stepped inside to check out the decor, and while it's a small space, it's packed with tiki details. They also had some really cool exclusive merchandise--we ended up buying the Honu tiki mug

On the positive side, parking was readily available, and the hostess team was very polite and gracious. He kindly sat us inside to escape the heat, and we really enjoyed the cool atmosphere and Hawaii-inspired decor. However, we encountered several issues during our visit: - The Table: We were seated at a very wobbly table and had to use napkins to stabilize it ourselves. - The Service: Our waitress was quite slow. Additionally, when explaining the drink options, she explicitly advised us against ordering the Navy Grog on the list, stating that it tasted like ship water. - The Drinks: Based on the celebration, we decided to split the "South Seas Pearl." We found the drink to be overwhelming, and given the premium price tag, we expected the quality to better match the cost. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed for future guests.
