I love the breakfast sandwhich at salty market! We've gone two years in a row now, and it is part of our yearly tradition to visit when we come up. The egg and cheese, add bacon on the cheddar jalepeno biscuit is amazing. The iced coffee is really good too. They have a nice selection of other packaged food and grocery items. There are a few picnic tables outside to eat and several parking spaces too.

Breakfast sandwich on homemade jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Delicious!

Great little market in Truro. Breakfast sandwiches are the best! Lunches and takeout dinners are also excellent. Staff are very friendly. Nice picnic tables to eat outside and some indoor seating as well. New espresso bar with very good coffee for summer 2025.

The best BLT and breakfast sandwiches. Hands down.

A bright pit stop that we were lucky enough to be staying only 5 minutes away from. The Salty Market serves breakfast items, sandwiches (hot & cold), soups, groceries, beer and wine. We absolutely loved their breakfast sandwiches: I got the bacon, egg, and cheese on the Iggy's 7 grain bread and my fiancé got the sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll. They were perfectly made and just the right amount of food to hold us over until lunch time. I myself love Rose wine, and I was wonderfully surprised that the Salty Market had 12 different ones to pick from! Definitely check this place out whether it's for your breakfast, lunch, or just to pick up some goodies from their store. NOTES/TIPS: ** If you don't want to wait a long time, put your order in online. Otherwise, you may be waiting up to 20 minutes if it's busy. **Deli hours: 8-11 am (Breakfast) and 11-2:30pm (lunch) **Market itself is open 7 days a week, 8am-7pm **They do have cute outdoor seating on the right side of the Market. **They sell the Truro wines and Chequessett chocolate here. **On the days that they're short staffed, they will only have cold sandwiches to go. I suggest calling in the morning or checking their Facebook page so you're not in for a disappointment.

Incredibly local purveyor of great food! Their prepared foods are spectacular. Recently had the falafel which was cloud upon cloud of flavor wrapped in its own pita cloud! Best I've ever had. This year they are making their own donuts and the Boston Cream sent me into the stratosphere. Seriously good and not to be missed.

We got breakfast sandwiches. I think the owners are new and are still learning the ropes. So even though they made us an extra sandwich, we weren't charged for it. The sandwiches were tasty. I love the other local grocery options inside available for purchase.

    Jalapeño cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich!

Great ambiance, can be super busy on the weekends. But great donuts on the weekends, good sandwiches, great breakfast. Awesome food.

Food was great. It was disappointing that they don't have public restrooms for paying customers. Staff were a bit rude.

In North Truro, great family owned grocery/convenience shop. Great selection and service! They also carry wine and alcohol.

The deli counter was closed by then but they had a turkey club in the refrigerator. I was hesitant since it was not fresh, but it was delicious. I also picked up bagel and a muffin. After I ate the muffin, I wished I had bought more. The market has a nice selection of wines as well as upscale food and treats. It also has a seating area inside. Parking is along the side which was a little tight, but still convenient. It's the kind of market you might find in a big city, with it's staff and selection of goods. I spent over a week in Cape Cod and the food here and another deli in Provincetown were the best food I had on the Cape, including some fine dining places. Definitely worth your time to stop by.

While on vacation with n Provincetown, my friend and I went to the east end to get lunch. I ordered…read morea simple ham and cheese on a roll with mustard. I felt like the clerk was not listening to me so I double checked with her a few minutes later to make sure the sandwich would have mustard on it she abruptly told me that no it wouldn't have mustard on it because she didn't have mustard put on it- I asked if it could be done? She was incredibly rude, She went back to the kitchen and asked them to put mustard on it a long while later I received the sandwich in a hot tinfoil wrap. I asked her why the sandwich was hot and she told me that all sandwiches in the shop are toasted unless I asked for it not to be toasted. For context my friend got an Italian and it was correct and NOT toasted.... And again, she was incredibly rude. She eventually offered to redo the sandwich which I was hesitant to agree to, but I did. Another long while later she came back out, basically threw the sandwich at me -still in the tinfoil -when I open the sandwich, I found a Canadian bacon egg sandwich on a hamburger roll with mustard! The bun was wet. I'm not sure what the hell is going on at this place but she and the other person working there were incredibly rude, short and to be honest, completely obnoxious about our whole experience I ended up walking out, told them the sandwiches wrong again and they had no response. I will never go back there, and I will tell everyone about my experience there. I will say the iced coffee was good, but not worth returning for considering all the rest of the stuff that happened.
