I read that they had home made bagels and also fresh roasted turkey sandwiches so stopped by in the late afternoon. The deli counter was closed by then but they had a turkey club in the refrigerator. I was hesitant since it was not fresh, but it was delicious. I also picked up bagel and a muffin. After I ate the muffin, I wished I had bought more. The market has a nice selection of wines as well as upscale food and treats. It also has a seating area inside. Parking is along the side which was a little tight, but still convenient. It's the kind of market you might find in a big city, with it's staff and selection of goods. I spent over a week in Cape Cod and the food here and another deli in Provincetown were the best food I had on the Cape, including some fine dining places. While on vacation with n Provincetown, my friend and I went to the east end to get lunch. I ordered a simple ham and cheese on a roll with mustard. I felt like the clerk was not listening to me so I double checked with her a few minutes later to make sure the sandwich would have mustard on it she abruptly told me that no it wouldn't have mustard on it because she didn't have mustard put on it- I asked if it could be done? She was incredibly rude, She went back to the kitchen and asked them to put mustard on it a long while later I received the sandwich in a hot tinfoil wrap. I asked her why the sandwich was hot and she told me that all sandwiches in the shop are toasted unless I asked for it not to be toasted. For context my friend got an Italian and it was correct and NOT toasted.... And again, she was incredibly rude. She eventually offered to redo the sandwich which I was hesitant to agree to, but I did. Another long while later she came back out, basically threw the sandwich at me -still in the tinfoil -when I open the sandwich, I found a Canadian bacon egg sandwich on a hamburger roll with mustard! The bun was wet. I'm not sure what the hell is going on at this place but she and the other person working there were incredibly rude, short and to be honest, completely obnoxious about our whole experience I ended up walking out, told them the sandwiches wrong again and they had no response. I will never go back there, and I will tell everyone about my experience there. I will say the iced coffee was good, but not worth returning for considering all the rest of the stuff that happened. read more

We loved this place and stopped by a couple of times while in the area. The breakfast sandwich was really good as the bagels were delicious and fresh. Everything here seemed to be made with care and the selection of items for both food and gifts was top notch. The interior is very welcoming and it makes you want to browse and hang out. There are a few little tables and also some window bar seating inside to enjoy the best treats - the ones from the counter! My husband and I came on a rainy morning for some coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We really loved the homemade bagels they used for the sandwiches - freshly baked and boiled! The service was fast and friendly. It was the perfect cozy breakfast away from all of the crowds on Commercial Street. Popped in here a couple times during our trip to Ptown. We were always greeted by a welcoming face. Prices are a little high but expected for a small local market. Went here with some friends to grab sandwiches for lunch. I have been coming Ptown for 8 years now and this was my first stop at this place. It looks a lot like Farlands on the inside and is basically the same sort of idea. After perusing the menu, I decided to go with the roast beef reuben, but was a little disappointed that they are premade and could not be swapped out for turkey or chicken. The sandwich was excellent--though the roast beef was a little chewy for me. That being said, the rest of it was super tasty, as were the asian-style noodles we ordered. They had mentioned that I could build my own sandwich--and I may do that next time--but this was a decent spot. Only downfall for this place was the wait time as we probably waited about 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches when this place was nearly empty. read more

We came the first time for some basics that we forgot to pack for a trip we take to Provincetown each summer. But,...we came back to the East End Market for the breakfast sandwiches! I ordered one of my breakfast go-to's: Bacon Egg and Cheddar on a croissant. Wow, this sandwich was one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had; really! The quality of their ingredients is palpable with every bite to the last; especially for the bread and cheeses. Great service and variety of juices and cold brews make this stop worth your while and you wouldn't regret not sitting down somewhere else for table service. This place is sooo great! I wish I had stopped in the first 20 times I drove by! They have a HUGE deli full of ready to eat, homemade items and also made to order sandwiches and wraps! I was lucky enough to also snag a cup of their kale soup for free (this is a winter special) and loved it! I had this along with a very tasty chicken Cesar wrap. This place really could be one stop, stock up, shopping for your PTown area stay! They have beer, wine, alcohol, the deli and sandwich stations as well as cigarettes, lotto and a great assortment of often needed household items (everything from disposable cups and plates, bottle openers, playing cards, all the way to feminine products and first aid items!).... This was the closest store for us during our stay in cape cod. First time there the woman behind the counter was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I figured maybe it was just a bad day, until I went back the next day. Same thing- bad attitude, very unfriendly, etc.. Thank God I found this place! After the wonderful health food store 141 Bradford Street concluded, I wondered where I would be able to find very tasty, very fresh, very healthy food..... And today, I found the East End market. Under new ownership since this past year, they are working to create a connoisseur's delight of delicious and healthy food, as well as other items. I came here with a friend for a coke. At the cashier we saw it is $10 minimum for credit. We asked whether we can pay a bit more plus the coke cost, the cashier said no. This is all right. Then we came back, thinking maybe we can buy some wine making it to $10. The cashier lifted her eye and said: " you are back?" After we paid we asked whether we can have a paper bag which has a holder. She said, "no." " but I saw you gave one bag to another customer" "hmm? If you spent more than $50." ...... I am not sure whether the cashier made it up about $50 a paper bag or it is the rule of the shop. But she sounded unwelcoming. In the past week, I tried both a meatloaf sandwich and a thai chicken wrap and both were superb. But this review is all about Raoul's brownies. Raoul bakes the BEST BROWNIES IN THE WORLD!! He does one that is chocolatey but also adds some coffee hints to it, and they are the yummiest! If God ever tasted one of them, he'd appoint Raoul as heaven's baker. read more

There was parking right next to the store, it had everything I needed for a pick-up shopping, including a very nice little beer selection, wine selection, and delicious fresh bread. The clerk was very sweet and helped me find a place that could fix a flat on my baby's stroller, and he also carried my groceries to the car for me when he saw that my hands were full. This is almost across the street from where I work, WOMR. Its a pretty typical deli place, like any you may have in your home towm, but, oh, done so well. They have several specials on the board and you get to pick your bread (from stale visual samples, but still they LOOK nice) and I have to say I have never gone wrong here! You will not find tourist trap food here, you will find an honest deli, with a large special board, but I am sure they can make you anything you like! read more
