My nail tech Etianee was on point. I felt like I was talking to my favorite bar tender yet she never lost focus of doing a meticulously perfect job. Sterile use of tools and equipment, trimmed my cuticles gently and properly (because they still look perfect a week later!) made sure she got my approval of the shape she filed my nails, collaborated in my color choice and all! Love her! Overall vibe was energetic yet inviting and I was made to feel comfortable. I really liked the manager too because she was so passionate and engaged as if she were the owner. I am just visiting Daytona Beach for a few months and live in Winter Park which is an hour away. I will travel here in the future just for a mani pedi at the Beauty Lounge, seriously. Inside was a white robe, and there was also an area with sandals in all different sizes for guests to choose from. They explained the ins and outs of the spa and told me they give guests the option to arrive an hour early or stay an hour after their appointment to enjoy the pool and hot tub amenities. Honestly, I only came in expecting to get a massage, not to spend extra time there--but after their warm introduction, they made it impossible not to. They told me they would come find me when it was time, so I kept an open mind, put on my swimsuit, grabbed my book, and went out by the pool. Sitting there, reading in that beautiful setting, completely shifted my mindset. When my appointment began, the NEW Stress Elimination Massage - 50 minutes, done by Ashlaye, was incredible and exactly what I needed. Afterward, they gave me a warm neck wrap and offered a complimentary glass of wine, champagne, coffee, or tea. I left feeling so cared for and refreshed, and even though it's only been a few days, I can still feel the benefits. I'll definitely be back!

She also refused to wear a mask which I'm pretty sure is against state law for their industry? The pedicure chairs are comfortable but do not massage, and they do not have pedicure tubs - you just sit there and get your toes painted in a lazy boy basically. My tech said it's because the owner wanted to try something different... but it is so NOT relaxing. The service descriptions are misleading as I got a "sunshine and green tea" service which partook of bath & body works lotion, aluminum foil, and a foot buffer that looked like a cheese grater. My feet are all raw and red the day after, as she was far too zealous over that thing. My manicure after ended right when they closed, and instead of ensuring my nails were accurately dried they put an oil on them and sprayed them with some concoction and ushered me to the checkout. My nails are now all messed up from the multiple layers of coat not drying properly to where I'll be repainting them today. 10/10 will not return to this establishment.

I called the location asking if they could repair it and was told they could only if it's a few nails. It's 7, so they told me it's because my nails are growing. As someone who's gotten their nails done steadily for over a year I know this is now what a proper gel application does in 4 days. It shouldn't be peeling off! My pedicure is also chipping. Save yourself the trouble of having to pay someone else and go elsewhere!!!
