    Ford Excursion roadside rescue.

AMAZING service and people who truly have your back every step of the way!! From Lynn assisting me immediately upon receiving my AAA breakdown emergency request to the delivery from JJ of my vehicle destination back home. This all started when we were on our way with our two dogs to meet up with family to stay in a rental cabin when the breakdown occurred. Unfortunately, we were still an hour away, sun going down shortly and not in the best location off the side of highway 49. Then here comes Laighton, to rescue us off and get us safely back to their shop to secure our vehicle. Unsure of my next steps, he was able to connect back with his office, helping us figure out some options so we could continue on our trip. Thanks to his care, kindness and excellent customer service, we were able to continue on our trip by keeping the vehicle for us until after the Easter holiday weekend. Another family member was able to come back and get us, loading up all our stuff from our SUV (it was a lot lol) and our two dogs. I could rest easy knowing all was good and be able to have a great time with the family. As Monday came, Zach reached out to help me with getting my SUV back home. I was able to communicate with him via text while packing up from our trip. Zach offered speedy updates and responses keeping me informed along the way. His Great customer service and communication helped me continue my trip back without feeling anxious or rushed in any way. So appreciate it and thank you all your care!! And JJ, thank you for your time to deliver my truck and park it exactly as I needed on the side of driveway. It's not the easiest spot to drop a towed vehicle, so this was very helpful! Sam Berri Towing is the BEST towing company for your roadside emergency, they truly value you and your vehicle!

Since it was a Tahoe snow storm and horrible conditions Up Country took care of business. Oscar safely transported my car to its destination. If you need good tow truck service I highly recommend these guys they are the best. Their prices are reasonable while other companies in the area are ruthless. Thank you So Much to Up Country Towing & Transport.

Up Country Towing: $900 FOR 1.5 HOURS -- ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL…read more The pricing here is unbelievable. Charging approximately $900 for 1.5 hours and seemingly inventing charges along the way is outrageous. Price gouging is the only way I can describe my experience. Then, when I called trying to get my vehicle back, I was hung up on. Completely rude and unprofessional. It gets worse. Someone at the company apparently told the two drivers that I had been making threats. That was an outright lie. I had said absolutely nothing threatening to either driver. Yet one of the drivers decided to posture and tell me he was "ready for whatever." Really? If you have to call your wife and then start showing off, you're not ready. If you're going to threaten somebody and then turn your back to them, you're not ready. If your buddy abandons you when things get uncomfortable, you're not ready. If you're sitting in a chair not even watching the person you just threatened, you're not ready. And if you willingly allow the person you just threatened to get into their vehicle, YOU CERTAINLY AREN'T READY. So spare people the tough-guy act. If you're working for a towing company, act like a professional instead of escalating a situation based on a lie somebody else told you. The entire experience with Up Country Towing was disgraceful: outrageous charges, hanging up on a customer trying to retrieve their vehicle, falsely claiming I made threats, and employees attempting to intimidate me. And here's another thing that deserves an explanation: other vehicles near mine had tickets that appeared to have been issued before mine was towed, yet those vehicles were still sitting there. Mine wasn't. That raises some serious questions about how Up Country Towing and the SCSO determine which vehicles actually get towed. I'm not going to claim I know what arrangement exists without evidence, but the selective enforcement I personally observed deserves scrutiny. If you're going to charge people nearly $900 for 1.5hours, the absolute minimum you can provide is professionalism, transparency, and respect. I received none of the three. $900. Roughly 1.5 hours. Rude treatment. False accusations. Tough-guy posturing. im not even gonna mention damaging the front end of my vehicle. yes, you damaged my front cap. People considering this company deserve to know exactly the kind of experience they may be walking into.
