Brittany rose to the occasion, making the time for us (even though normally she was done for the season). Brittany was so empathetic and understanding of the bride's condition as a cancer patient, and went above and beyond to be accommodating, flexible, and make this day so special. Because of the bride's condition and the timing, we weren't able to do a makeup trial, but sent Brittany the bride's pinterest board and a few photos of the bride. The morning of the wedding, Brittany came bright and early to the hotel room, fully prepared. She gamely rolled with all the punches, and flexed to accommodate the unplanned for needs of a bride who was sick - from letting her rest in-between hair and makeup, to doing a last-minute change to her hairstyle so that she could take naps during the wedding day without messing up her hair, to putting on the makeup on the bride on the wheelchair and when she was resting on the hotel bed. Brittany took it all in stride, calmly and patiently, while giving the bride the most encouraging words and making her feel beautiful. The bride looked so beautiful the big day - it was amazing to see the bride light up because of how beautiful her hair and makeup was, when we showed her what Brittany had done. Throughout the big day, it was amazing to see the bride and groom the happiest I had ever seen them. And from the pictures, the bride looked in full health and glowing - a testament to the artful and skillful hands of Brittany, who made her shine and look her best possible self. I can't recommend Brittany enough - if you've got an event and you want a makeup artist and stylist who is talented and who cares about you genuinely and deeply, Brittany is the perfect person for you.
