We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Very nice hole in the wall Asian cuisine. I ordered the Chow Mein with Kung Pao shrimp, very delicious and tasteful. Everything here is made to order which makes the food coming out very FRESH! They also have Boba which looks delicious but didn't get to try it at this time. The young Asian lady working the cashier is very nice and attentive. This newly opened restaurant is great. The chef is sweet. He comes out and greets his customers. I had the combination pho, it was great. My nephews had beef fried rice and Orange Chicken, these boys are pretty picky and they enjoyed the food. read more
