She is an anxious traveler to begin with, but this was more than she could handle. If I hadn't found the wonderful people at Imperial Transportation, my mom would have had to sleep in the airport until the next shuttle in the morning. When I called Imperial to see if they might be able to help us, I spoke to Kamel. He was amazing and reassuring. I told him that my mom would not be able to manage her baggage by herself. He assured me that the driver would meet her at baggage claim to help her. I told him that her plane had already been delayed twice, and I asked, "If it got delayed again, would she be at risk for being stranded at the airport?" He said, "Absolutely not! Once a driver is booked and assigned, we track the flight and meet the client, whenever they land, guaranteed." Well, everything went as planned. My mom was greeted with a sign at baggage claim (she thought this was very fancy!), and she told me that the driver was simply wonderful; so kind and attentive, and that the car was very big, clean and impressive. So, I just want to give Imperial Transportation and their wonderful staff the biggest hug, for helping us manage what was a VERY Stressful day!
