Sam was amazing. After Apple told me they wanted $1100 to fix my daughter's MacBook due to water damage and corrosion for a 9 month old laptop under warrantee, I was so discouraged. I found Sam on Yelp and sent him a message just to get a second opinion. Sam came over, picked up the MacBook on the same day, texted me 2 hours later to let me know there was no corrosion at all or signs of water damage. In fact the the only thing wrong was that the microphone chip was disconnected.
