I first met Dr. Sanandaji about 14 years ago when I went in for orthotics. I have super flat feet, which can cause all kinds of body aches and problems if not attended to. Dr. Sam was made customized orthotics which lasted many years, until I developed a neuroma. I went in and he explained to me exactly what was going on and how to solve the problem, which worked beautifully until I went skiing this past season and developed pain in my metatarsal which was definitely confounding. A visit to see the good doctor and instantly all was explained (sesamoiditis) and options for a cure were given and now I'm back in action. Dr. Sam is patient, kind and caring. tl;dr: Every visit begins with a friendly fist bump and ends with a feeling of confidence knowing that you are being taken care of. I would give him more than 5 stars but unfortunately 5 is the highest you can go. I had a toe issue that another podiatrist made me get an MRI for and wanted me to come in for weekly expensive treatment and still had no idea what was wrong. Dr. Sanandaji took one look at my foot and was able tell me what was wrong and exactly how it happened. He told me to follow an inexpensive treatment that cleared up my issue and then got me fitted for custom orthotics that solved my foot issue and also will prevent it from happening again. Because of him, my feet feel the best it has ever felt in my shoes and I owe it all to him. His knowledge and expertise in podiatry is outstanding and his cheerful attitude and respect towards his patients is something you don't get from every doctor. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanandaji's for years. I work a job that requires 15+ hours on my feet, and have come in with many complications because of this, and i have never felt rushed, dismissed, or even had to wait long for an appointment. He is gentle and kind, and very knowledgeable at addressing the concerns of his patients. It took awhile to find him, but i would not go with anyone else. I love Dr. Sam. He's so kind and thorough. I was having great pain in my ankle and was scheduled to go on a beach vacation in 4 days. His staff got me in quickly and I'm already on the mend. Hopefully, I'll be able to do that snorkeling that I was looking forward to. This is the second time he's come to my rescue after an injury. Last time, I kicked off my big toenail (almost completely) and they got me in right away and he painlessly removed the toenail the rest of the way. I've been going to Dr. Sam for a few years. What a great doctor!! This guy really cares. There are so many doctors out there, but not many that care about you. Dr. Sam cares and listens. I can see him tracking properly and listening to what I say. I mostly go to him for ingrown toe nails due to excessive working out. Dr. Sam told me I'm not cutting my nails properly and thats why they were getting ingrown. I'm now cutting my nails better, so I don't have to see him as often. I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Sanandaji. I had an infection at the base of my toenail that wouldn't respond to treatment, so the toenail had to be removed. I had had a traumatic experience with a toenail issue when I was a teenager and was petrified to go through another procedure. If scheduling is a problem or you have an urgent need, he will fit you in even if you have to wait a few extra minutes. I was referred to Dr. Sanandaji to get a second opinion on my heel and he was so patient and so kind! Spent 2 hours with me pinning down my exact diagnosis (which ended up being a number of things) and the treatment plan. He even took the time to call the radiologist to ensure the MRI was read correctly and the treatment plan aligned with it. After only 1 visit and laser treatment to reduce swelling (which he gave the first treatment as complimentary), my pain went from a 10++ and not being able to put any weight on my heel to a 1 or nonexistent and being able to easily walk in a boot! Dr. Sanandaji is truly a podiatrist God that has extreme care, kindness and patience for his patients. His office as well is extremely professional and accommodating and fit me in that very same day! Dr. Sanandaji is awesome -- both extremely knowledgeable and armed with a great, comforting disposition. As a long time runner, my ongoing achilles tendon issue was both painful and stressful. Was so worried running had become a thing of the past. Dr. Sam put me at ease, reassured me, informed me of all options, then recommended a simple regimen of icing and stretching, no up-sell. After two sessions, I've just taken my first run in 3 months. Felt great.
