We decided to get some professional help and interviewed several trainers in the area. Susanna quickly rose to the top based on her attitude, personality and credentials. We started with a few private lessons then transitioned to her group classes. Susanna's classes are well planned, safe, and appropriate for all types of dog personalities. Duncan quickly progressed through her AKC Good Citizen basic and advanced classes and loves to demonstrate his new skills. Duncan enjoys his weekly day at their "Dog Day Camp" and comes home very happy and tired! He also has enjoyed his stays when he has been boarded with The Canine Coach and again comes home a happy camper. Recently Duncan went through a background check, observation and testing regimen with the national Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD) and is now a credentialed Therapy Dog. He will soon be visiting medical facilities, schools, first responder facilities and the court house. This honor is due largely to Duncan's ongoing relationship with The Canine Coach. I recently picked up my black lab, Jacks, after a week of boarding, and unfortunately had a very…read moreuncomfortable interaction with the groomer. The first thing said to me when I asked how he did was: "He's a DICK." I was honestly shocked. Apparently, he did not like the high-powered dryer or having his feet handled during grooming. While I completely understand that some dogs can be difficult to groom -- especially large dogs unfamiliar with professional grooming environments -- the way this was communicated was extremely unprofessional. A professional groomer could have easily said he was "difficult to groom," "anxious during drying," "didn't tolerate the dryer well," or "struggled with foot handling." Any of those would have communicated the issue appropriately without immediately insulting my dog the moment I reunited with him after 6 days away. What made it more confusing was that I had originally asked how Jacks did during boarding overall, and only after I questioned the comment did the groomer add, "But he's so sweet otherwise." So clearly this was situational grooming behavior, not an aggressive or dangerous dog. I've washed him at PetSmart before without issue, so while I understand every environment is different, the bedside manner here really left a bad impression. I left feeling uncomfortable and honestly, still kind of stunned by the interaction. The groomer also recommended I continue booking grooming appointments so he could "get used to it," but after that interaction, that's going to be a hard no from me. The initial boarding staff when I dropped him off was kind, and Jacks otherwise seemed happy and well cared for during his stay, but customer communication matters -- especially in animal care.

I hate that my dog is judged before ever even meeting her or being given the opportunity to do a test day to see how she does. I've attached a photo of her at her doggie day care, cuddled up with a cat and laying down next to a boxer with degenerative myelopathy just to show you how sweet she is. I hate that they judged her based on her breed.

The 15 yr old did very well and Christina was a doting pseudo mom and made sure she got up every few hours to exercise her aching joints and when we went to pick her up she was ready to go back into the kennel to stay more nights. The 12 yr old girl was able to do all day play until she was tuckered out. I highly recommend Bark Park for boarding and we even had the girls professionally bathed for the first time in their lives and they came home fluffy and smelling so good! Christina even outfitted the girls with some nifty neckerchiefs! Try them...You'll love them!

I should have done a review a long time ago but this has been my vet since 2019 and I absolutely…read morelove them. I have 3 cats, 2 who are special needs and they have helped them so much. They were both misdiagnosed at their previous vet and have thrived from the care at Pine Creek. I also find their prices quite affordable for how often I'm in there but more than that I feel like they love my pets as much as I do and they're in good hands. I recently did a dental procedure on my cat who also has a heart condition. To say I was nervous was an understatement but they answered all my questions about medications and his heart and I felt completely safe taking him in. During the procedure, they kept me updated on his progress and their findings and he did great, healed up quickly and is just fine now. I think the best thing is that they are open Monday-Saturday 8-6pm because it gives me peace of mind. One of the biggest downsides to living in this area is not having a 24 hour ER vet nearby but knowing my vet is open until 6 even on Saturdays eases my mind a little bit. I actually found Pine Creek because I was watching my parent's dog years ago and something happened but the vet she went to was closing at 5 and wouldn't see her even though it was only 4:45pm. They told me Pine Creek was open until 6pm and when I called they got her right in and we were there until around 8pm. Not only did they help her for what I brought her in for but they told me about a new drug on the market for arthritis in dogs that my parents ended up trying and it seemed to really help her in her last few years. I will always highly recommend Pine Creek.
