On my most recent visit, I came in as a walk-in right when they opened, expecting the wait to be minimal. However, both employees were already with clients, so I waited. After I'd been sitting there for quite a while, another customer came in and asked how much longer it would be. The employees told her it would be about 10 more minutes and even acknowledged that I was next. About 10 minutes later, one of the employees finished with her client. Instead of calling me over, the woman who had arrived after me walked over, said, "I'm just going to go now. I'm in a hurry" and took the chair. The owner allowed it without saying anything to me or acknowledging that I'd already been waiting for over 35 minutes. What frustrated me most wasn't the wait itself--it was the complete disregard for my time. If there had been an explanation or even an apology, I would have understood. Instead, they knowingly let another customer skip ahead despite telling her that I was next. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. It's unfortunate because the quality of their work has always been good, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

Claudia at Immaculate Brows knows brows! 2. Claudia is a real artist and doesn't rely on a stencil: This one is huge. I have been to brow people who put a stencil on your brows and try to make your brows "fit" into this one size fits all stencil then they proceed to tell me about how my brows don't really work but if I buy these products and fill them in to match the stencil then they will look good. Claudia is not like this at all. She sees how your individual brows grow(yes there are 2 brows and they are close sisters but not identical), chats with you about your brow goals and will work with your personal growth patterns to shape and groom them so they can look good both with or without makeup. 3. Online scheduling for appointments: Because don't we all just randomly remember to schedule our brow appointments while laying in bed at 6am or 10pm or is that just me!? :-) 4. Appointments are on time: I never have to wait past my appointment time and if I ever do, it's less than 5 minutes, which is basically nothing. With that being said... your appointment duration is your appointment duration. If you show up 15 minutes late to your 30 minute appointment then you have to understand you are gonna get whatever can be done in that remaining 15 minutes. It's not a punishment, it's just reality because Claudia is respectful of all of her clients time and her next clients shouldn't have to wait or have their appointments rushed because someone else was late. 5. Great quality wax and waxing technique: I guess my skin is sensitive because lots of waxes make my skin break out. I have not broken out once since seeing Claudia. 6. BRENDA is fantastic, and RACHEL at the front desk is consistently warm, professional, and helpful. I've genuinely grown to appreciate this location, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. Brenda wasn't available, so I booked with the first available stylist, BREANNA Unfortunately, from the beginning, the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. Breanna was slightly late for my appointment and immediately began criticizing the condition of my natural lashes and telling me what she thought I should be doing differently in relation to the extensions. I explained that I have been wearing lash extensions for more than 10 years, use a lash-support serum, and know the style and look that works for me. I certainly welcome professional recommendations, but I expect them to be communicated respectfully. During the appointment, she repeatedly complained about my eye twitching, even after I explained that it is involuntary and unfortunately not something I can control. While removing an extension, I felt a sharp clip/pinch to my eyelid and told her that she had hurt me. Rather than simply stopping and checking my eye, she disputed what I had experienced and attributed the pain to my twitching and a natural lash being pulled with the extension. At that point, the overall tone of the appointment had become so uncomfortable that I finally said, "You don't seem to want to do my lashes, so let's reschedule." She immediately agreed. What concerned me most was what happened afterward. Instead of allowing the interaction to end professionally, Breanna continued speaking to me in an argumentative and disrespectful manner and followed me toward the front desk. I finally had to tell her that the conversation was over and that I was no longer interested in discussing it with her which she then proceeded to tell me she was going to call the owner. I sincerely hope she was honest in explaining her unacceptable , rude and dismissive behavior to a client who could go anywhere else but loves this Lash Lounge. I have had too many positive experiences at The Lash Lounge to judge the entire salon based on one employee, and I will absolutely continue seeing Brenda. But I do believe management needs to address this employee and experience seriously. Clients should be able to disagree with a stylist, have an involuntary eye twitch, or request a particular lash style without being made to feel criticized or unwelcome. There is a big difference between offering professional advice and speaking down to a client. Today I left without having my lashes completed and feeling genuinely disappointed by how I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because, in my experience, this behavior is not representative of the otherwise excellent service I have received at this location. I would like to continue my membership and sincerely hope this will be addressed so it doesn't leave a negative mark on this otherwise wonderful Salon.

She was so rough while injecting the filler It was excruciating! she told me I HAD to come back in 6months and get an additional 6 syringes of filler to maintain. An injector who only cares about the money will tell you that. She ended up placing filler in the wrong area! I had to get it dissolved by another injector otherwise It would have caused tissue death. The new injector was so kind, gentle and most importantly cared about the results long term. the experience was night and day difference .She fixed what Nicole did and I love the results still over a year and a half later. No filler touch ups for at least 2 years. I would never go back or recommend a young woman ever let her touch your face.
