I weent here yesterday for the first time and youd think they would treat me as a new client- i walked in cuz i had two slits on the corners of my thumb that needed to be repaired. so the lady of the shop said here he is the guy hes our technician and he can help... I was simply trying to get a repair as well as my nails done. he was tall and the only male he whipped through my nails likethe world was gonna colapse- he then attempted to repar what looked like super glue r a form of it never filed it down or anything, then he went on to another customer without completing my nails it was very strange the lady who did my toes in preperatiogn with Ryan said she would finish! what a catastrophy. pay attention this was a complete waste of time and money! jewels read more

I came in to Laguna Nails & Spa to have my nails done the day before my wedding. Katie and her team are excellent! They were so sweet and really went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. Katie took her time with me and tested out three different colors to make sure I was happy before applying polish. I prefer regular nail polish rather than gel, and I don't know how but Katie worked her magic and they haven't chipped even days later! The environment of the nail salon is also very relaxing and in a great location. I will definitely come back to have my nails done any time I'm in the Laguna area! Katie and the Ladies at Laguna Nails & Spa are MORE THAN professional. My husband and I had been going for Manicures and Pedicures there for several years before Bill was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. For the 5 years following his diagnosis, as his symptoms progressed, Katie would meet us at the car and walk Bill to his chair. Nice nail salon in LB, nice staff, you can book online, the nail techs don't talk about you in their native language. They offer a variety of spa services. I've only done mani and pedis and so far all staff have done a very good job, no wait if you have an appointment and they will paint a regular French unlike Blu Nail Salon at fashion island. The service at the front desk was great. The vibe was good since it was very busy. The girl doing my pedicure was very nice after I paid and gave her a decent tip. Since I didn't have my reading glasses, I really couldn't tell how good of a pedicure she gave me but when I got home, I noticed that my toenails were too long after I told her to cut them short. I proceeded to file them down myself and noticed what a terrible job she had done. She had never even pushed the cuticles down. The polish was nicked in one place and certainly not flawless like I normally get.. I will send a picture of my large toe where I actually pushed the cuticle down myself which I should not have done because it even looks worse. I don't normally don't write reviews if negative but with the service I've been getting in the last few months, I've decided I'm going to start writing them. read more

First time customer. Paid $80 for gel mani pedi. My nails were done here two days ago. My biggest complaint is that they used as little polish as possible. My nails are almost transparent, and this was supposed to be sort of a darker pink. They did a really poor job in my opinion. Cons: -did not cut cuticles -barely used any polish -nail polish not applied evenly -almost zero top coat -nail has already cracked on day two read more

Visiting Laguna Beach from LA, I was looking for a pampering manicure pedicure experience. I chose Laguna Nails and Spa and I was not disappointed! Quaint and charming shop and very reasonably priced. Also, ample free parking behind the salon is a huge plus, no need to fret about finding street/meter parking. I chose the Luxury Spa Manicure and Luxury Spa Pedicure - and they were both wonderful and so relaxing; highly recommend Donna and Kim who did my services. Once the services were done, I was not rushed along, rather I was invited to stay to make sure my nails were dry all while enjoying the massaging vibrations from the chair where my services were done. When back in Laguna, I will definitely go here again for the same services. Be sure to call in advance for availability. I was able to book my services same day, although it was a week day and not during peak summer. read more

I am so happy with this nail salon! It's the best nail salon in North Laguna hands down. When you walk in, they have relaxing music playing. They just remodeled the interior- it's very girly and polished inside. The women who work there are very skilled at Gel X and have plenty of colors/accessories for your nails.
