Imagine you are buying a piece of jewelry you will wear for the rest of your life. Everyone will see it . . . everyday. Do you want costume jewelry or Tiffany? You want Siranli. It's always a pleasure to meet someone who is exceptional at what they do. Dr. Siranli is one of those people. She restored my smile beautifully and I am extremely pleased with the results. I work in construction and I've experienced a variety of dentists over the years as I travelled from place to place, some better than others, none anywhere near as capable as Dr. Siranli. I lost a crown which troubled me for years and was referred to her by a patient of hers. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the office. It's welcoming, not the old waiting area, partition, cubicle model of the past but a more open, integrated space where the waiting area is integrated into the whole and you wait in the same space as the receptionist which then flows discretely into the treatment areas. The office has the latest in prosthodontic technology having been remodeled recently. After a thorough teeth cleaning and digital imaging of my mouth I met Dr. Siranli. She explained in detail everything necessary to restore my mouth, most I was aware of, some I was not. She offered to provide a plan for me to consider along with the cost involved. I took the plan home to review and to do some research into Dr. Siranli. What I found impressed me. She has beautifully restored problem teeth much more challenging than mine, truly impressive work. She has also been selected by vendors in the field to lecture to other dentists about advancements in the field. Vendors see lots of practitioners and have their choice of who they think best understands and utilizes their technology and is also best able to communicate that to others. It's a sign of respect and mastery in the field. I'd been biding my time, waiting to find the right person, and now I believed I'd found her. Every step of the process went well. The temps fit perfectly, I mean perfectly, no coming back for adjustments just taking the time to get it right the first time and paying attention to the smallest detail. For example, I have 2 other crowns which each required 2 additional trips to the dentist to get properly fitted, what was that all about?! Dr. Siranli is dealing with more than half a dozen teeth at the same time in my mouth and nailed it the first time with all of them! I can't emphasize enough how much effort she puts into her work. She is truly gifted and loves the work she does which shows in the final product. Dr. Sam is a master of her craft and a perfectionist in the execution of it. She won't accept anything less than perfection in the work she does and it shows every step of the way. The surgery for the implants healed beautifully, installation of the veneers and implants went just as smoothly and I now have a beautiful smile to enjoy for the rest of my life thanks to Dr. Siranli. read more

This is a mixed review of Dr. Siranli's office. Pros: Saw me right away in an "emergency" situation, professional staff, beautiful new offices, Netflix available at the chair while you wait. Cons: Staff must be encouraged to "upsell" a bit - the rececptionist mentioned I had beautiful teeth but getting tooth whitening would really make them perfect. They're so busy, you might have to make a full appointment weeks ahead (okay, they can't really help this, but just so ya know...) Biggest con was that they told me my insurance plan was accepted, but they wouldn't be making the claim for me (this is at the end of the appointment); I would have to pay the ~$300 up front, and then fill out the paperwork on my own if I wanted any reimbursement from my insurance. In 20 years of dental appointments, I've never had a dentist's office refuse to work with my insurance on my behalf, and it's not something I want to do again. Basically, it's a great dentist's office I'll never go back to. read more

Dr. Siranli is truly a miracle worker,and there is nowhere else I would go for my teeth. This is by far the most professional and best experience for cosmetic dental work. She fixed my teeth, and I am so much more confident and smile all the time now. I regularly get compliments on my smile on how beautiful and healthy my teeth look. Greetings! The purpose of this review is not just to highly review Dr. Samantha Siranli and her support team, but to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Siranli. I have my own rating system for professionals: (1) Are they really caring and compassionate? (2) Are they current on the most recent developments? (3) Have they made the necessary investment to have the best in equipment? (4) Does their staff show an enthusiasm for their work and their patients? (5) How do they deal with any follow up questions or concerns? On a scale of 1 to ten (ten being the best), Dr. Sam rates a twenty. While I've been with Dr. Siranli since she began her practice, I want to give one concrete example for those who have not had experience with her and her staff. Recently, I broke a tooth (because I wasn't wearing my prescribed night guard) and was in pain. Dr. Siranli does not want her patients to be in pain. I was quickly seen and given the bad news that after an extensive exam, the tooth would have to be removed. Because, this was unfortunately not my first rodeo, Dr. Sam went the extra mile to show me what she already knew from a 3D Xray; she removed a filling so that she could take a digital picture and show me in a way that I could understand, extra steps which she did in high spirits and without an additional fee. It was important to Dr. Siranli that I was able to make an informed decision and be absolutely comfortable with the decision for an extraction and implant. During the entire procedure, a member of her highly competent staff was with me, not just monitoring me, but keeping up my spirits and sense of humor. This being my fourth implant, I can say that the only real discomfort was from having to keep my jaw open wider than I'm accustomed. The procedure itself resulted in minimal pain, with hardly any bleeding or swelling. The after procedure Xray showed a perfectly placed implant, so that long after I'm gone, aliens will be able to say "that man had a great dentist"! So, if you want to see a dentist who is a beautiful person, with beautiful technique, beautiful staff, beautiful offices and, most importantly, beautiful results, you owe it to yourself to give Dr. Siranli a call. read more

Dr. Siranli and her staff are so caring that I'm becoming less fearful of the dentist now. Dr. Siranli combines a brilliant mind with a reassuring, kind approach to dentistry. I've never been in this office that I wasn't put at ease instantly and made to feel comfortable. And this is coming from someone who has been phobic of dentistry in the past. Dr, Siranli is a gifted prosthodontist. She's an artist who truly loves what she does and does it to perfection. Her staff are equally committed and talented. A few years ago I had my teeth done by another prosthodontist in Bethesda who rushed through my case and rarely listened to my concerns during the treatment. As a result, four years later, my bite had collapsed and I was suffering migraine headaches due to TMJ. Dr. Siranli spent an unbelievable amount of time sorting out the various issues and designing a comprehensive plan to restore function and aesthetics.
