Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, they claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for Special Ops/Perfectionist Cleaning-- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The front desk was nice and helpful, quoted me for 500-600$ for two hours with 4 ppl which I was fine with me considering that the other cleaning company I was previously using sent out 4 ppl and could deep clean the traditional areas for $150 in 1.5hours but Special OPs would get the walls top to bottom which is what I really wanted! I mean you all saw that video! I have a small home about 1500sqft, one story, and the house was completely empty (zero furniture). Long story short I get the bill and it was for $800 not including the grout cleaning I had requested. I spoke with a manager and they were supposed to get back to me about what they could do... that was about 3 business days ago. I think they did a good job but I wasn't contacted to inform me that the price was going to be more. Plus my house is tiny and 4 hours with 4 ppl doesn't seem right... Oh! I did add window cleaning but I only have 8 windows. Idk. ‍ like I said they did a really good job but I know 4 hours for 4 ppl to clean my house is too much time.

The process was really easy. We discussed prices what needs to be clean what was going to be done and what was included in the service cost. They arrived promptly at our scheduled time with all the equipment needed to deep, clean and scrub down the mess that had built up over the years. They took their time and we're very thorough in the deep clean to the point where I've decided, I'm gonna make sure I get my house cleaned at least every other month just to stay on top of the cleanliness they left. Before the "cleaning" was done they cancelled on the agreed upon date, I had some flexibility and moved the scheduled cleaning. The next day someone was in my unit to clean. Words cannot explain the level of disgust I experienced when I walked in to my home. There was myriad of issues however the most glaring issue was the shower. The shower was untouched from the previous guest (10-day stay). Dirty footprints, grime, and hair all over the shower floor. Not to mention hair strands sticking up out of the drain. The bed was sloppily made, stains on the kitchen countertop, hair & crumbs on the couch, sticky floors throughout, etc. They did agree to do a free redo. The next day someone was sent to my home. Thank God I decided to go drop some essentials off at the place before my next guest was slated to check-in. Mind you, I was about 47 miles away. First red flag was my unit was left unlocked (keyless entry pad). Once I entered the unit I headed straight to the shower (while walking over sticky floors) to my surprise the shower was left exactly the same. As a business owner I had to do what I had to do in that instance since I had a guest arriving in a couple of hours. Several other places in the unit were left extremely disgusting. If I would not have went to audit the job my reputation as a host would've been tarnished. The owner did not allow me to send pictures of the job so I will leave them here. We were told initially that if we were dissatisfied, we would receive a full refund. Not only did they not honor that, the owner proceeded to cuss at me over the phone. Treacherous business practice, unprofessionalism, and no integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ever use this "company".
