I ended up ordering that flavor and also the Chocolate Lover's in regular and gluten-free. At the event, I tried the gluten-free because the guests said it was the BEST gluten-free cupcake/cake they've ever had. Once I picked up the cake, she instructed to me to let the cake thaw for at least 1 hour after taking it out of the fridge so that it will be soft and not crumbly.
