There's also a bit of crunch from the sugar on the outside of the donut. There's an ample amount of filling, so you get to taste the flavors. So far, my favorites are Irish cream, lemon blueberry, and banana cream. It is a bit messy to eat, so have napkins and a small plate to catch any sugar or filling that may fall out when you bite into it. We had their chocolate chip cookie. It looked like a big mound of baked dough. Overall, it was okay. I would easily skip this for the donuts instead. I haven't tried their coffees, but my daughter loves the hot chocolate, and I have been enjoying their calamansi juice. It's nice and tart, not too sweet. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. The store size is as expected of a small bakery. I think due to its cake output and the demand i would recommend calling earlier than later to reserve a cake, but also hope that they pick up the phone. The guava cake did not have very much guava taste. I'm used to the Zippy kind of guava cake and was hoping to experience something similar. The guava cake at this bakery may be a Guam influenced type so keep your expectations in check.
