Car shopping? OH NO! I feel your PAIN!!!! We recently had the UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE Ourselves. Our…read morejourney took us literally all over SW WA From Vancouver to the Canadian border, searching lots throughout Tacoma, Puyallup, Olympia, Everett ,Fife, Edmonds, Bellevue you name it we were not right on the lot we were on the phone speaking to every dealer possible .Than onto and all OVER Oregon from Portland to the border of Northern CA Searching for a certain Mercedes in BLACK Only. Even over east of the mountains. Finding less than 5 total of the cars we were seeking. Plenty of Mercedes of other colors and the smaller types. In early on we did find one just exactly what we wanted at Cascadia Motors...problem being my husband called and asked "RYAN" questions on an off day I guess that pushed a wrong button for them both. When my husband hung up the phone he grumbled, cussed up a storm and said he would not buy a thing from that man as he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Now being in marketing business ourselves lifelong (not cars) my husband should totally get off days and put up with customers like my husband! We continued our search, finding one other. Always asking the important question DOES EVERYTHING WORK. Being told yes we made the 3 1/2 hr trip to discovery not everything did work therefore the Mrs. said NO making the man of the house less than amused by now. Reminding the wife that little things could be fixed but I held my ground and we made the drive home. Literally 100's more miles traveled hoping someone would trade one in on a new one but no such luck Finally THE MAN OF THE HOUSE SAID HE MIGHT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING HE HAD NEVER DONE BEFORE .... ADMITT HE MIGHT HAVE TO EAT A LITTLE CROW and GO DOWN TO CASCAIDA MOTORS IF THEY STILL HAVE THAT CAR.I wanted to laugh but I didn't as I knew it was THE CAR we truly wanted. So my husband called and made an appointment to view the car. YES they still had it. Cars are only shown by appointment .Luck was on our side, and the fact that most do not want a car that eats gas like we do .COMFORT ALWAYS FIRST IN OUR HOME We arrive and are met by a well dressed handsome young man that opens the car door and walks away...I yell to him WAIT COME BACK HERE.STOP... If you are looking for a SALES MAN you will NOT FIND ONE AT CASCADIA .They are they to SHOW CASE CARS THEY DON'T SELL CARS .So if you go there to be SOLD on a CAR FORGET IT. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. They simply say here is the car and walk off. Not like any car lot I have ever been to .The others run at you like vultures ready to gobble you up! If you have questions wait until; you are ready to go find them they aren't going to be coming looking for you.Want to go out for a test drive OK See ya later.. The VERY BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO when it comes to looking at car. Can't say enough good about them. My husband proceeded to tell Ryan why it took him so long to come in and see that car, 3 or 4 phone calls and FINALLY he signed on the dotted line but not before he told Ryan he had called him a RUDE A %*^&* 5 lol lol lol lol and Ryan had felt the same about my husband on the other end Before all was said and done they both were laughing and joking around for half the afternoon away. YES WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOT FOR BUYING YOUR NEXT LUXUARY CAR but remember you will have to be the SALESMAN they won't be PS I was very impressed at how knowledgeable Ryan is about the Mercedes we purchased , many of the Mercedes Dealers we spoke with didn't know as much .He really knows his cars and does his homework! A+++ Ryan And YES, EVERYTHING WORKED right down to the cigarette lighter and massaging seats, if they say they do it will be as they say. Very Happy Customer Crickett Hoar

Fault codes on the AC, battery, passenger occupancy sensor, restraint (either airbag or seat belt) just to start. I can post photos from the scanner if that helps. I work on cars as a hobby and am a collector. Your guy said you guys didn't even own a scanner. I find that hard to believe. It did have warning lights on. I'm sure those have been cleared so they aren't on for the next test drive. We left because we had so many red flags going off, I needed to talk with my bank and ended up calling and talking with someone who deals with used car dealers a lot and they told us to walk away. I didn't expect a perfect car, by any means, but when you say it has only one current problem and it has a list, including MAJOR ones those aren't "quirks". Your add doesn't mention them still. You keep your facebook marketplace profile all positives because you block those that aren't happy before they leave a review. That tells it all. Yes we left, because we were uncomfortable.... That's on you. Yes we started paperwork, so what! Your conversations there while we were starting it were so unprofessional with your business partner we just decided to go somewhere else. Not sure of what "harsh jokes", we didn't make any jokes. We did a REVIEW and shared why we won't be back. After you begged me to come back (another $200 off) and blocked me, yeah says a different tune than your response to my review. His claim of an old 2024 invoice in the glovebox is also a lie. I've attached a copy of the picture I took. It is a fail notice for emissions for Oregon dated 5/9/2026. Vin # WMWMF7354TL90817 Also, here is one screen shot of the code scanner. NO codes?? Original review: sketchy business practices. Drove from the coast to look at a mini cooper. I was told it was in good operating shape, just a bad sunroof motor. It had 9 fault codes, a bad battery, a broken radio display, and the air conditioning didn't work. We discussed price, but then the title wasn't on hand. They kept offering to write the bill of sale for less to save on licensing. Paperwork in the glovebox showed they failed emissions on it due to cleared codes. We left. He messaged me while I was driving trying to knock 200 more off, but I was driving so i didn't read the messages until I got home. Then I noticed he had blocked me. It proved my suspicion. The building has 3 different names of dealerships on the same wall. That should tell you all you need to know, plus one side of the lot has cars for sale, the other side has cars not "on the lot yet" that are in various stages of repair. Run away

I came in looking for a Toyota that I could ship to Hawaiʻi for my vacation home -- and anyone who knows Hawaiʻi inspections understands how strict they are. This was not an easy order. Lot 99 went above and beyond. They let me inspect every vehicle inside and out, and they never rushed me. Yes, a few vehicles didn't pass my personal inspection checklist -- but that's because Hawaiʻi's requirements are extremely strict. Every Toyota I looked at would have passed Oregon's standards without an issue. They let me keep looking until I found one that I knew would pass in Hawaiʻi, and this took days. They didn't complain once. In fact, they made the whole process enjoyable by joking around and keeping things light. Here are the inspection points I had to meet for Hawaiʻi: No sharp edges or cosmetic damage that could fail safety. No flaking rust on frame joints -- a tough requirement in rainy Oregon, where even well‑maintained 15‑year‑old vehicles show some surface rust. When I was using my inspection snake camera, they came out and offered their lift to make the job easier. That turned a 30‑minute job into 10. Because they were doing maintenance (battery swaps, etc.), some vehicles had cleared diagnostic monitors. They let me test‑drive the truck long enough for all readiness monitors to reset. I hooked up my OBD‑II scanner, confirmed no codes, and even verified it passed an emissions test -- which Hawaiʻi requires. Final results: Underbody: Pass Rust: Pass Engine & diagnostics: Pass Road test: Pass (just needs an alignment -- no big deal, I'll do that in Hawaiʻi) Bumper replaced and painted -- Pass (I requested and paid for this) Carfax/ownership/accident history -- Pass (minor incident, fully documented) VinCheck -- Pass Clear title -- they emailed me a copy immediately when I asked Bonus: They even helped coordinate transport to the port for shipping to Hawaiʻi. They're still assisting me with timing and logistics. If you're buying a used car, bring the right tools and do your due diligence -- that's just part of the process. But from my experience, Lot 99 treated me fairly, worked hard to help me, and made a very difficult task much easier. I appreciate everything they did.

I stumbled across Accolade. They did such an excellent job fixing up my car and didn't charge me an arm and leg. Over time I got to know the owner. I discovered that he has a real passion for Subarus. He helped a friend of mine get a used car and that really worked out well. After that I decided to let the owner know that I was in the market for a second used car. It took a while but we found one. He replaced the engine in that car and during the shakedown phase there were a few slight problems. The owner went over and above the call of duty and out of his way to fix every problem. It's like having a brand new car and he sold it to me at a very fair price. If you're looking for car repair I can recommend them. If you're looking to buy a refurbished car this is the place you want to go. Enough said!
