This will be my 3rd time with this auto body shop, and Mike goes above and beyond. I went in for a left rear bumper accident and has some side skirt damage as well. He fixed it! I received quotes from Refinishing Touch Auto Body and from an auto body chain nearby to repair damage to my bumper. The quotes were about the same but when I called to ask more questions it was clear that Refinishing Touch was the right choice. First off they were able to work with me on scheduling. They were also able to provide an estimated completion date while the other guys told me there was no way to guess how long the work would take. Refinishing Touch estimated the work would take about a week. They actually turned it around in about 4 days with a fresh wash and wipe down of the interior as well! The work was impeccable! You would never know there was any damage to my bumper. The quote was spot on, no surprises. They also removed a small scratch/dent on my driver side door that was not part of the work. That scratch always bugged me and now I never have to see it again! I highly recommend Refinishing Touch and there is no one else I will trust with body work on my cars ever again. read more

This small, friendly, family-owned business did an excellent job with my vehicle after this winter's snowstorm! My car was hit due to ice during the winter weather, and while my vehicle was still drivable, i was hoping to get it fixed right away. I called and was able to drop off my car the next day, everyone I encountered was very nice and informative. They found a bit more unseen damage on the car, but I was called and informed about it, and they let me know it would take a few days longer than expected. Overall, I felt like they did everything they could to make my car as safe as possible, and did it in a timely manner. Thank you! read more

It was clear to me the owner genuinely cared about my business (no small task considering the car I drive is a Corolla - boring). He went to great trouble to work with me. I was rear ended in my BMW on Jan 2013 looking for a quality auto body shop I could trust. I read such great reviews for Refinishing Touch so I called and the owner, Jeff, answered. This impressed me that the owner actually works on the cars and answers the phone. After talking with Jeff, I decided to have Refinishing Touch do the work on my car. I'm all about hiring an honest working small business over a bigger corporate franchise. I am so glad I did! I was sent text pictures of every stage of my car's repairs! Jeff personally called me with updates. When the car was finished, they washed and cleaned it and it looked even better than before the accident! The insurance company gave me a check, it didn't quite cover all of it and Jeff let me take my car even before he was paid in total. He told me it could take a while for the insurance company to pay it and he didn't want to keep my car hostage! I paid what I had and left.... but the service didn't stop there! Even after I paid and left... Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me! I went to a store and my car battery died so I called Jeff to see if they had any issues with it. Even though they hadn't, he got in his truck with jumper cables and came to my location, jumped my car and got be back on the road! The battery had nothing to do with his work and yet he took the time to drive several miles away to make sure I was safe and on the road! This small locally owned shop. Does excellent work. Mike did a amazing job. Negotiating with the insurance company. He put all brand new factory OEM parts on my truck. Someone backed into my truck in a parking lot. After talking to there insurance company. And got a estimate from one of the insurance recommended shops. They were trying to put on recycled parts from the junkyard. The insurance company said they weren't required to put on new OEM parts. Because my truck is older 2012. So I decided to get a second opinion. Mike was able to deal with the insurance company. And get the repairs done properly. And even replaced parts with new ones. That the other shop was just going to straighten up and paint. My truck is in better condition now than before it was hit. I would highly recommend this shop. And would definitely use them again! Don't let the insurance companies and big corporate shops fool you. read more

I've been taking my cars to Jeff for over 25 years. I've recommended him to all of my friends for many years. All of my friends have always been extremely satisfied with Jeff's work. Jeff works well with all insurance companies and keeps you informed during the entire repair process. I brought my 2008 Camry to him and he was honest about telling me that it had too much damage for his facility. I have been looking all over the web for Auto Detailing. I have a late model SUV that I wanted to look in great shape and it has been years since the exterior was truly treated right, so instead of do-it-yourself I had decided to find a shop to put some professional work into it. My google search led me to Yelp, and this Refinishing Touch was close to my house. I called and was quoted $350 for the full Interior/Exterior treatment (higher than AutoBella's $275 full service detailing),but I was also looking for touch up on my wiper arms, and I wanted my old tattered pin-stripping off and replaced. The $350 did not include the wiper arms or removal of the old pin-stripping but it did include the install of new pin-stripping. Problem is, after I dropped it off and he called back with a new quote of $625. Uh, NO THANK YOU. I am not an idiot and none of you should be one. Plenty of other Auto Body Shops out there who will do a great job for me at $400 or less! read more
