Omg when a friend recommended this company I don't think I have ever ever been in such a bad state of mind! I had purchased a casket from another company and was quoted one price and billed double that price according to my bank account notifications. And after dealing with all of that on the very last day of the delivery dates they had quoted me! I got a call informing me that of course they needed a extra day to deliver but also the carrier service had informed him that according to my invoice that was not the casket I ordered, paid for or was expecting! I was in a panicked, anxious ridden frame of mind as I try to plan a funeral for my dear mother from a different state ( west to east coast). Initially, I knew this company as LACC. They were half the price of the mortuary for the same wooden veneer casket. There was a problem with the first one (signed off as in perfect condition by the mortuary but then apparently damaged there) but Same Day Caskets replaced this immediately with no fuss. I ordered the casket from you on Monday afternoon and it was delivered the next day right on time and as you promised it was first delivered then paid for it after it was checked thoroughly by the mortuary home. When family saw the casket at the funeral they really loved it and they had nothing but great things to say about it, they loved the color and somebody even mentioned that it probably cost around $4000.00 but in reality it was only $1064.00 total with taxes and free delivery included. I am going to say that I hope I don't have to call you anytime soon only because it probably wouldn't be a great situation but if there is ever a need again you bet I will call you again in a heart bit.
