This location is in a marginal neighborhood, the staff are kind of grumpy, and the waiting area is not particularly hospitable. You may find it more pleasant waiting outside. The Toyo tires they sold used to be great values with exceptional handling and excellent treadlife. The first set I got outlasted the vehicle they were mounted on. Unfortunately, I got a bad set for another vehicle that were out of round, but I didn't know what the problem was until there were more than 5,000 miles on the tires. Beyond that mileage, I was told that it must have been caused by mechanical issues, although the car had been checked thoroughly and there were none. A to Z refused to deal with the problem, even on a pro-rated basis. Once burned, twice learned. No particular reason to go here ever again since they don't stand behind their product. [UPDATE: 8/18/2012. I found it interesting to note that a representative of A to Z Tire & Battery finally responded to my review over four years later. All I can presume is that A to Z must have recently become "socially aware". The response contained a faint apology and zero opportunity for customer satisfaction--only an opportunity for more of the same. If I were you, I would ask myself: If I have a problem here, do I really want to wait four years to receive no resolution?]

The rock chips happened that day and it had to be repaired ASAP due to the freezing temperatures coming that night. We didn't want the chips spreading into cracks. Long story short, I needed a new windshield on my Mini Cooper and every place I called said that nobody had the right windshield in stock and the earliest anybody would do it was the next day. But looks can be deceiving. Upon picking up my car I place my truck in the same shop cuz they quoted me what started out as a cheap $300 price. That turned into over $1,000 job. My key does not completely come out of the ignition correctly ever since they've done the job. And about a week after I got my car back because I don't get on the highway too much with my car It took about a week for me to notice it but when they put my tire back on after they fixed the problem with the rim being scraped up from the accident. I've had problems with my alignment which the couple times I got in a hold of someone to report it to them they have completely denied them having any effect in the alignment in my 2020 Kia optima. They barely answer the phones they have shawty workmanship. Do yourself a favor and don't be part of the next headache and find yourself another collision shop because these people will wrap you up in their finger tell you one thing and then next thing you know you're having a list of issues that they will completely deny. Do not Leif Johnson Quick Service shop. They are liars and do crooked business. I took my car in…read morefor repairs. I was having power steering issues. I took my vehicle in on March 6th 2018. The front desk guy told me they didn't have both of their technicians on site, and that by the following day I should have a technician diagnose my vehicle and give me a call with an exact quote on the repairs. I was originally given a Max quote over $1,200 how to replace the rack and pinion in my vehicle. That was without a diagnosis. Two days went by I heard nothing so I called. I was told someone would call me back by the end of the day. No one called me back until 4 days later. It was the technician. The technician told me that he couldn't diagnose my vehicle because it wouldn't stay running. He then proceeded to tell me my battery was bad. So he said they tested the battery, and the test was showing I didn't have enough cold cranking amps to start the car. Which didn't make sense, because how can you have issues with it staying on if there's not enough cold cranking amps to start it up. So I told him I had no issues with the battery, so either way, all he had to do was charged the battery and put it back in. The tech then calls me back no more than two minutes later to tell me that their auto mechanics shop nor the whole dealership did not have a battery charger. So I would have to buy a new one. I know that the only reason they said that, was because I had jumper cables in my backseat. So they assumed I was having battery issues, but that battery is a year old. I have never had an issue with this battery. Plus, if it didn't have enough cold cranking amps they could have never moved it around like they did. So, I knew that they were lying about my battery. Which, leads me to believe that they would lie about the needed repairs on my vehicle. So, I told them not to worry about doing anything else, and I would go and pick up my vehicle. For 4 days I had no vehicle, was inconvenienced, and lost time and money while they were waiting to look at my car and coming up with some scheme to try to get more money out of me. When I went to pick up the vehicle it started without an issue. I have still not had an issue with the battery. It is now March 18th, and no issues with a battery whatsoever. I'm glad that they thought I was dumb, and didn't know anything about cars. Because, I almost wasted over $1,200 at a business that tries to take advantage of their customers. So I repeat do not go to this place and waste your money find another place, or go with the recommendation from a friend. Good luck everyone!!! Btw, I had to put a star so I could post this. But, they don't even deserve one star.
