Six days after…read moremy car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

I am extremely disappointed with this place…read more I bought tires in July 2025 and had them installed here with no issues at all. Everything was supposedly "perfect" at that time. Yesterday, my daughter -- it's her SUV -- had ONE tire losing air. I told her to go back because the tires have a warranty and simply get the leak fixed. Instead of repairing the issue, they told her one rim had corrosion and that the "best option" was to replace ALL FOUR rims for $700. She went in for a simple leak repair on ONE tire and walked out spending $700 on four rims she did not plan to buy. Because she doesn't know much about cars, she trusted what they told her. That is not right. When I spoke to the manager, the only thing he said in their defense was that "that was the option she chose." That was his entire explanation. He also told me he has been "helping people for 30 years" and that this is what they do with all customers. That response was unbelievable. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the situation, he completely dismissed my concerns. If this is how they treat customers -- especially those who don't know much about cars -- that is a serious problem. Offering the most expensive solution right away instead of attempting a simple fix first feels misleading and predatory. I have already filed a complaint with customer service. I expected honesty and integrity, not pressure tactics and upselling. Very disappointed.

The staff was amazing, helpful, and very professional. We had been waiting hours when a very Grumpy man came in he skipped the line sat down, then he got up and became demanding. He had a 4:00 appointment he wanted to know when his car would be done. They explained all 4 bays were full. They would get to him as quickly possible. He became loud and belligerent. What good was an appointment if you had to wait. They calmed him down and he sat back down. Minutes later he was back at the desk They explained 2 of the bays were almost done there was another 4:00 appointment then he would get be next. The complaints started again he was never coming back. The assistant manager Michael walked up to another customer and asked even though Jack had been there first would he give Grumpy who's name I never heard his spot. Jack agreed I thanked him for all of us. Minutes later grumpy was at it again. The staff again over to calm him. Yelling demanding obnoxious. I asked why he didn't stop being an ass and let them work. He became Vulgar and aggressive. Michael Perry, and Jack stepped between us. When he finally sat down the manager came over to let him know they wouldn't be fixing his car. He had been disrespectful of they rest of us, and continued being disruptive. They returned the money he paid. As my sister's car was finished Michael, and the person who brought her car around stepped out with us and apologized. We told them the staff had been nothing but professional and awesome. Again thank you, to Jack, Michael and all the mechanics we saw working so hard through the waiting room window. My sister is planning to go back for 4 new tires and will use the 1 from today as a spare.

My husband and I weren't done eating our breakfast when I got the text that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. About 40 min. After shopping around for about two weeks, Discount Tire seemed to have comparable prices to other tire stores. As my husband and I weren't done eating driving last night, we noticed a rattle while going around 55 mph, meaning the weights on the tires are off and need to be adjusted. So now, I have to go back and have them fix that. Something that should have been tested and done correctly before it came off the lift. Otherwise, an ok experience.

Within a mile of driving it the light was back on, I had scheduled another appointment for a week later for something unrelated. When I came in for that appointment (which included a diagnosis) they said that they couldn't diagnose it & that I would have to make a separate appointment & pay for them to address something that they didn't initially take care of. When they called to give me the diagnosis for the second visit, there was something fishy about how it was being handled & I was told that one repair would cost over $2000.00 & a second repair would cost over $5000.00 & the story kept changing (plus I was told that my car wasn't safe to drive.) I wasn't having any issues with my car until they told me during the first visit where they never fixed what it was brought in there in the first place. I read some negative reviews that described my situation to a "t" so I told them that I wasn't having any going to get a second opinion. They called backed twice trying to scare me into getting my car repaired by them. Even when I came in that first time I didn't feel like they gave much regard to me with regards to customer service, it was more about what was convenient for them & I was dismissed.
