Doctors change frequently, so you never get that personal feeling. The office staff are rude. You'll get surprise bills weeks after your appointment. They seriously overcharge. I was billed for tobacco counseling just because they asked if I was a smoker!! They have multiple students that take so long to get your information, and thats after waiting forever in an empty waiting room. I always had to call for my results. As I expected this office with new management and new staff is professional, kind, and friendly. The office is efficient and are ready to answer any of your questions and concerns. I don't think I've ever been to a worse medical office in my life. It's unfortunate because Dr. Gupta is an amazing physician. The front office is always rude, you need to bring your patience when you walk in. I literally had front office staff roll her eyes at me when she asked me what I was there for. The attitude is on another level. They do not communicate well at all. There's no sense of customer service or any welcoming atmosphere. Not sure how they are holding up like this. You may wait a long time to get a simple check up and lab draw, at least an hour and a half (with an appointment). I really don't mind the waiting, but I don't conform with the extremely negative attitude of the front desk. After 5 years.... I won't be back. read more

Used to be an established patient but will no longer be returning. The fact that the office staff tells me that I can't have an annual visit covered because their office manager doesn't submit claims unless it is one year to the date of the last one. Even though my insurance company confirms it is allowed every plan year, which will be every January. It's just absurd to me. All because they don't want to do it. I have never had an issue anywhere else. Not to mention the fact that when I set the appointment these questions were not asked of me . And I waited 30 minutes in the office before being advised they cannot do it. Then they say you can call your insurance, which I did. Then when I told the what they said the lady said well they can't do it because that's their rule. Waste of my time! read more

Would have given zero stars but Yelp will not allow me to. I had high hopes for this doctors office as it's close to my house and having just moved here thought it would be a bonus but after today's visit I will never return again. Had an 11am Appt and as of 1:10pm I'm still waiting!. Are you kidding me!!!!!!! I don't even know where to start. I'm so sorry for Dr. Gupta. She is very good and professional and cares about her patients. But the management is THE WORST. They charging for something what they never did, never told. They sent the bills I called them to get an explanation wth is that charges and the manager was sooooo rude, doesn't tell you anything just this is the charge on every annual AND HANGS UP A PHONE ON YOU. Don't ever go there. They will rip you off and the manager thinks she is the GOD. BTW for future reference they charging an annual depression screening. I don't know what is that, I went there for annual bloodwork so don't ask me nor them bc they don't say a word to you. We are leaving them for sure with my family plus I tell a couple of my friends who used to go there to change a doctor. read more

I was a patient for 9 years just for Dr. Gupta, driving 10 miles to their office. She is amazing. The office staff, the Medical assistants, and the office Manager get zero star for their commitment to professionalism. I didn't care for their attitude and work ethics as I am a healthy patient and saw Dr. Gupta only once a year for my annual visit. However, over the past few years I had to visit their office for few extra visits. I was referred to Dr. Meneles, who is totally incompetent to call herself a doctor. Not only she gave me wrong dosage of prescription medication two times she was reluctant to admit her mistake, and did not call the Pharmacy whole day. First time I had to drive all the way to their office and wait for 30 minutes, when I told them I need to speak to Dr. Gupta, I got response from the Medical assistant to speak to Dr. Meneles and got a new prescription. Last week I went for a simple eye infection . I was given wrong dosage for my eye drops. The Pharmacy called , I called several times to change the dosage , after my 6th call to the great Medical assistants, Vanessa whose level of sarcasms is above and beyond to explain tells me that the doctor is busy, but she will call by the end of the day. I am with an eye infection for a whole day waiting for my eye drops. I hung up on her and made a decision to look for another doctor. The Irony is that my daughter is a doctor and this is how they treat a doctor's mom, and an elderly lady! read more

Why was my initial review taken off? I thought this forum was created to help people make informed decisions. Here again is my initial review, everything said here is the truth and I standby it! This is hands down the worse medical place that I have ever visited. They charge for non-provided exams, they don't have anybody capable of drawing blood, they never answer the phone neither respond to voicemails left. They don't even communicate the results of the (taken) exams to the patients. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

Dr Neena Gupta goes above and beyond for her patients. She calls back immediately and makes sure you are getting the care you need. Called me on a Sunday to give me blood results and to get to hospital as I needed transfusions. I've never seen a Dr more concerned for her patients. read more

I can't say how happy that I found Dr. Gupta again! I originally saw her at Broward Health. I didn't go to the doctor as much as I should or needed to because Broward Health was the worse. I always had to wait over two hours in the front room and 45 minutes in the examining room. Who has 3-4 hours for a doctors visit? That takes money out of your pocket when being pulled away from work that long. Dr. Gupta's office was easy peasy! I was right in and out within 45 minutes and the staff was able to take my blood work without multiple pokes. Didn't even feel the needle. Dr. Gupta doesn't forget her patients either and has the best bedside manner. When I saw her she gave me a great big hug! That just makes you feel super special. I've had nothing but problems since I got assigned this office through insurance. First, they did not have any of my info even though I had everything transferred from my previous doctor. Second, they messed up my prescriptions 3 times, they didn't have the right one first, then they didn't put the right dosage, and then they didn't have my card on file. Now, I called to have my prescription refilled and left 3 messages and they never got back to me and now I have to wait until tomorrow to try again. I am over this place. EDIT:now they will not refill my prescription over the phone even though they have in the past, and they say they never have refilled it over the phone. I am done, this place is a joke.
