I contacted Wags 4 Walks on Wednesday about cat sitting for an upcoming vacation 1 month from now…read more Explained my situation to Brian, my need for cat sitting (20 min visit every 2-3 days), and provided my address. He said I was just a bit out of their service area, but he could make it work based on our flexibility with days. We scheduled the initial meetup on Saturday, and he says he's right outside. I text him because no one is on the driveway, and even send him the address again. He texts back that he thought no one was home (2 cars in the driveway and I confirmed we were home just 20 min before). And he cancels saying we are 30 min away from his farthest client. Randomly, he texts me 3 images of dogs and cats for no reason. With today's technology, he could have Googled my address and known the distance from me to his next client without having to drive it. I can understand if we were located way outside of his service area, but either the service map is out of date, or Brian just doesn't care to be professional about declining service. He should have notified us with a phone call instead of a random text message 10 minutes after our appointment saying, "It didn't look like anyone was home.". It seems professionalism and courtesy are seriously lacking for this company. I would not recommend Wags 4 Walks to anyone since Brian was not honest with us in any way.

Very hard to overstate Natalie's genuine care and concern for your dog's happiness and well being…read more She's a one (wo)man band and doesn't offer the conventional daycare facility, but this is the BEST thing about Natalie. She has a big yard full of fresh green grass... couches and dog beds to relax in... it truly can be your dog's home away from home. Daycare facilities are loud, surrounded by hard, cold concrete walls and floors and harsh fluorescent light... not very homey at all! Natalie is also one of the best pup videographers you'll ever meet. You get constant updates just by visiting her Instagram stories, and of course she send pictures and videos too. She is a true gem and I hope everyone is as lucky as me and Hamlet to know her!

She came to see our baby girl, Sammy Mae, twice each day and played with her and fed her and changed her litter box. She sent us a great report after each visit, with a detailed description of how Sammy was doing and what they played with. Yumiko was great at taking and sending us photos and videos every day, and playing with Sammy. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to know our baby was being loved and taken care of when we were on travel, and we will definitely work with Catsitting by Susan again for our next trip.

I cannot overstate how incredible the owner, Katie, and office manager, Lynda, are. And my comments--already verging on superfluous--would sound even more so if I described how fantastic our regular walker (but really, family member), Dolores, is- she is kind, caring, and we, and our pups, love her. We have asked Fairy Dogmom to walk our pups (three, poorly trained cavaliers--which is no easy task!), feed our kitties, board our dogs, and also stay at our home to take care of the full menagerie (three dogs and two cats). Fairy Dogmom has fulfilled all of our requests and done so reliably and with the utmost care and attention. For "normal" dog walks, we receive comprehensive and fun updates, complete with a narrative and photos, and when we have had a Fairy Dogmom stay with our dogs and cats, it's like we have left them in the capable and loving hands of a best friend--who updates us constantly by email about how our crew is doing. We recently lost one of our sweet dogs to cancer, and Dolores, Katie, and Lynda could not have been kinder, or more supportive, through a very tough month. She to took the time to meet up with us beforehand and learn about our dogs…read more Our two dogs (15yr old Westie and 9yr old Border Collie), did great with her over their 2 night/3 day stay a few months ago. Our dogs are older and have some eccentric ways but Angel eagerly learned about them and made sure to make their stay as comfortable and easy as possible for them. They were very happy and she kept us regularly updated on how everything was going. The final touch of VIP treatment was when we went to pick them up and she sent them home with little goodie bags and polaroid photos of them. We highly recommend Angel and will have peace of mind on our summer vacation that our dogs are in good hands for their summer staycation!
