Inside this cleaners it is a very nice environment and welcoming atmosphere. This is one of the nicest cleaners I've been to in a while(I don't go to cleaners often). I even like the decorations inside. I needed to pick up my daughter's dry cleaning here. It was a 2-piece dark suit and was done in excellence. My daughter will update me if it's worth the price and whether to be a loyal future customer or not. On the other hand.....I was experiencing physical pain due to my health condition and the woman who helped me, I believe she's the owner, told me to just park in front by the red curb next time and turn on my hazard lights. It's much closer than where I had to park and walk with my cane. Wow that was Nice I truly appreciated that gesture of kindness. Anthony, You're mistaken. I did not inspect the garment--I trusted you did a professional job, paid, and left. Had I looked closely, I would have asked for a refund right then. I took the suit to another tailor, and she was shocked at the quality. She said it looked like a dry cleaner's work, not a professional tailor's. You offered to redo it--but after seeing your work, I was not comfortable letting you touch it again. I asked for a refund, and you refused. I also requested my other suit back, which shows I had already lost confidence in your services. At the end of the day, I paid for professional tailoring and did not receive it. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Next time, if you're not capable of doing the job correctly, just say so. Don't take on work you know you can't properly complete. read more

Fresh Cleaners is our place to go for alterations. The owners are very friendly, professional and always have a "We can get it Done" attitude. We've used their services for the past 2 years and we have only high remarks for them. My daughter is an equestrian rider (English & Western) and petite; which requires the majority of her show outfits to be tailored. We had used other shops prior to using Fresh Cleaners but what sealed the deal and made us permanent loyal customers was their "We can get it Done" attitude. This was very important for me as my wife AND daughter will change their mind regarding the outfit which now requires alterations at the last minute. I believe last year we gave Fresh Cleaners a lead time of maybe a week 1/2 for the gown my daughter was wearing for the Norco Rodeo. The gown was perfect when we picked up. Now as I mentioned, my wife & daughter will change their mind...very rare ;-) but they did. They sent me in on a Thursday morning to request alterations to this years gown which was needed by Saturday mid-morning. I walked in and informed them I needed alterations for a gown; the owners remembered my daughter/gown from the previous year and were glad to see us. Now, when I informed them that I needed the gown Saturday, I had internally prepared for a sorry, not enough lead time. Instead, Mr. Tony and his wife talked about it for a few minutes, made their calculations and said, Yes, we can get it done. Needless to say, I was very happy as they turned my emergency into a non-emergency! The gown looked beautiful on pick up and fit my daughter just Perfect. I am leaving a 3 star review mainly for the customer service. The people at this business are very nice; however, I went in for dress alteration for a pinning ceremony and was told it would be $50 for the two alteration (sleeves and length of the dress). Unfortunately, after picking up the dress and trying it on at home, only the sleeves were altered. The length did not change and it wasn't ironed/pressed. Considering the price I was expecting it to be ironed or pressed, especially after I had mentioned it was for a ceremony the following day. I am very flexible, but it would have been much appreciated if they had mentioned it would be an additional fee to have it pressed or that it wasn't going to be done at all. I am more frustrated that the alterations weren't completed as requested and for the price I paid. As I said before, there were no issues with the customer service end of it. read more

The Lady that did my alteration is the sweetest ever. I came in to shorten and clean a Jumpsuit, when I picked it up she noticed a zipper split and fixed it no problem without charging me extra. Alterations depends on what your getting I assume, it was about $10 to shorten. Either way this Cleaners is much respectable than the one near Vons that's for sure and she's so understanding and straightforward, also as per the other Cleaners this one made me feel as if she REALLY cleaned my Jumpsuit at the time. Do not go here if you care about your clothes. My two piece outfit was connected to a hanger with safety pins! You know what that does?!? Leaves holes in my very expensive clothing.
