Not a place you can count on. I have multiple cars and have over the past year had 2 of the 3 appointments I made canceled and I was neither even called they waited till I was there to drop off and told me it was canceled. Wasted my money wasted my gas and wasted my time. Place has gone severely down hill since being purchased by mavis. I'm done having my time wasted and will not be back. I was very impressed with the service and the care that was taken with my car. I just needed a State Inspection done, and when it was taking a bit more time, it was explained to me. There's nothing worse than sitting in a place wonder what's going on. There was an agitated customer that clearly was having a bad day, and proceeded to harangue the staff. Terrible experience. Bring in the car at 8am for an inspection and rear brake pad install. 4 hours later they tell me that they can't remove the lugs cause it's a jeep thing. The heck does that mean, a tire shop can't remove wheels. Never heard of this in my life! Will never go here nor recommend. You're better off doing it yourself which I have done. Thanks for nothing. We have been taking our vehicle to Jack Williams since we moved here, two years ago. We've had few, if any regrets until recently. We ordered a pricey trim piece that flew off the vehicle. At the time of order, when asked about how long it would take to put it on, one of the workers said, not long - it just snaps on. The "snap on" cost us $120 plus the trim piece of $98, plus other "fees" for a whopping total of $245. I spoke to a friend about this, and he said oh yeah, his mechanic just snapped his on for nothing. $120 to snap on a trim piece. I'm so disappointed. Sadly, I'm going to be checking out some local mechanics. read more

I dealt with Eston at the Whitehall location for tires, rims, exhaust, level kit. Great honest guy that showed me many options and didnt try to sell me the most expensive stuff. I later had them do a LED headlight install and was happy with the price and professional job ! I will return for a lift kit and any future work ! I take both my vehicles here regularly. I chose it initially because of the location, but returned because the experience was good. When I'm receiving services, I can either wait in the seating area with TV and coffee, walk to nearby malls and restaurants or take the complimentary shuttle service home. They do required state inspections, general maintenance, and have a price match guarantee on tires. read more

The service was good the tires were slightly more then BJs Wholesale club thought would save by trading in used tires off vehicle but till done , I would have saved 7.00 going to wholesale club so did I really get anything for my trade in tires ? Guess would have paid 60.00 more so check wholesale clubs first more then likely cheaper , and they give same service and warranties! read more

Told them to do one thing when they did the complete opposite. All I needed done was them to weld a flange to the muffler when they ended up permanently welding it to the car and charged me almost $150 for it. Overpriced work!! Even for an oil change, do it yourself or go somewhere else! read more

Sammy the guy in charge of upgrading trucks here at Jack Willams is honest and well adversed in truck lifting and upgrading. I was ready to do a bunch of up grades that I would've wasted money and regretted. He also took time to answer my 5000 questions and he once again was kind enough to take the time to answer and just be honest on what parts suck and what actually is quality . And finally I had already given them my deposit and checked out the place in Jersey that did the same kind of service and they asked to see my invoice. Upon looking at the invoice even its competitor in Jersey said that was a fair price and he's not beating me up at all. Like I said they had my deposit in hand already and they were still honest with me so Jack Williams is definitely who to go with and make sure to ask for Sam to walk you trough your decision process read more

I went in for my routine oil change my car was making a slight rattling noise that day. They did my oil change by did not reset the car. What puzzled me the most is the rattling noise, they replaced my swaybar clips..... and my car came out even noisier. They charged me a total 293.79. I called back to let them know my car was louder and worse since their service and they told me "you never know with a car, you fix one thing and another breaks" this was from a manager. He also proceeded to tell me he wont look at it he would like the gentleman who did it the first time to look at it. Absolutely not! I went to a local small car garage and they fixed exactly what jack williams claimed they fixed. Theyre great for an oil change but thats pretty much it. Extremely disappointed! read more

Now, this is how service is supposed to be done! If you read my previous review on Jack Williams in Trexlertown, you'd see that I have not been a big fan of Jack Williams, but this location has shown me that my gripes are entirely limited to that specific location. The level of service that I received at this Whitehall location was outstanding. Mike was knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating. The replacement guarantee I purchased when I bought my new tires (tire replaced if they are unable to patch the damaged tire) was honored for my flat tire. He was honest about his inability to repair it and replaced it at no cost according to the guarantee. I'm almost certain that the Trexlertown location (in order to save them the cost of the new tire) would have done a half assed job of patching the tire and would have sent me on my way with the likelihood that it would have failed me again at some point. But here, Mike was thorough, honest and fast. When I left, my tire was replaced and I didn't find anything additionally wrong with my car that wasn't there when I initially arrived. What a relief! This will be the ONLY Jack Williams that I will go to from now on. read more
