They were pretty nice and responsive here! Tons of parking, located right on the corner. They even have an online service portal where they take pictures of your rotors, air filters, and recommend other services during your routine maintenance. They are pretty reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being cheated or taken advantage of - their recommendations were reasonable and the staff was kind. I am definitely planning on coming back here for my auto needs in the future!

Prefer ticked off that the guy who worked on it didn't have the decency to say that he did damage it or if he really didn't notice. How the heck do you break off a thick piece holding up the muffler and make a dent in the underpart of the bumper? Left a message with the location and waiting for a response but this definitely needs taken care of by them.

They charged me 2500$ and didn't even do the tires or oil. I immediately took it for a second opinion and the new mechanic told me the vehicle's engine was shot. I am so upset that I paid thousands of dollars to fix a van that wasn't worth fixing in the first place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it. They said that they fixed the radio slot because the radio was loose, they folded 2 pieces of foam rubber and put it on each side with no front plate because they broke it. We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how. I will NEVER take a car there again nor will I recommend this garage to anyone that I know.Extremely disappointed!!!!
