I stopped at the member desk as my co worker said with his $8 membership, he got a membership card. Not the case here either. But she said they can look up my name when the paper receipt is unusable. I think I'll have my co worker use the company laminator to laminate it for me. Any who at metro Sam's I kept seeing MN gopher college stuff. My son's going to NDSU in this town so I was hoping to find Bison swag. I splurged and bought the portable NDSU lawn chair you put in a bag for $39. They also had huge NDSU coir doormats but I passed as I didn't see a price or really need one. There were Bison aluminum cups like Yeti or RTIC 2 for $34. I declined those too. I found a long sleeve green NDSU t shirt for myself. 45 pack of water and churro chips was the rest of my purchases. They close at 8 pm so I was rushed. I scanned my own purchases as only girl working was super slow. read more

I shop Fargo, ND Sam's Club on a regular basis. The aisles are always clean and the items are easy to find. I use the scan and go app which makes for quick in and out shopping. The staff is always friendly. My favorite produce are blueberries, grapes, Brussel sprouts, strawberries and apples. read more

The order pickup that should have taken FIVE minutes took THIRTY. I had 6 items for pickup and they were missing half. And the employee who was ringing me up had to go around to search for the items that weren't in the cart, that took longer than it would have for me to go look the first time being in the warehouse. Then I finally think I'm free and have issues with the guy scanning my receipt. As if the visit wasn't long enough. Now I remember why I use my Costco membership. I would never recommend the order pickup if you're looking to save time. read more

I cannot that the Baker man at Sam's Fargo that ran me and my son down with her special order of 30 cupcakes in NDSU Green and Yellow graduation decorated cupcakes, we initially settled for a pre-made red cupcakes; I just literally cried when that happened and restored my faith in everything, I was so not expecting this to happen! Bless that woman that shared half of her special order cupcakes with us for my daughters NDSU graduation, I thank the Lord and May the Lord watch and protect her and the Baker man that have allowed us to have some cupcakes for her reception! It's a warehouse store, right beside the Wal-Mart. Caters to the business side of Fargo, I think, but it is nice that the store is big and open in spacing. The prices here aren't necessarily any better than at Costco, but oh, well, it's not really originally catering to the individual so much as the business. Still, useful if you have a big family - or big appetite. read more

Today my husband and I came in to purchase four tires for his truck. When we came in to the building we proceeded to go to the front desk to buy the tires. On the desk there was a button that said push for three seconds for service. We proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then push the button again. At that point we heard a man yelling from the back of the store saying what I'm coming his name was Nah. He continue to raise his voice at us and he was very disrespectful. When asked to speak to the manager a man named Zach came out and refused to give me his name or non-'s name. My husband and I have multiple businesses and spent thousands of dollars in Sam's Club every week. This level of disrespect is a palling and I would like a call back as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved we will be shopping at Costco. read more

We were just at the Sam's Club in Fargo North Dakota and were asking if they had a certain type of coffee. Their was only one left on the shelf that was open and bent. The lady working the aisle talked with the manager Richard who said we could have it for 50% off when we got up to the register we told the lady at the register what Richard had said and when she called back To Richard she only said it was open and not damaged so when we got to the vehicle and counted them we're missing some. My wife and i just recently became members of Sam's Club, After we checked out we were unsure of what the line was about as we were exiting, As we stood int he middle we kinda figured it was the 2 store workers that who checked out receipts before we leave which was fine, as we were in line for the gentlemen to the right who was scanning through peoples receipts, the elderly woman who was on the left scoffed and threw her hands up and made faces as if why we were holding up the line and made a remark, I spoke up as we approached her letting her know that this is our 2nd time here so we're still getting used to how everything goes here, after saying that to her she screamed out " HOPE YOU COME BACK TO SAMS CLUB!!" If you seriously don't like your job, don't show up, Regardless if your having a bad day at work, You are responsible to still keep a professional type of attitude especially working in the food/customer service industry, It was completely uncalled for, To many people showing up for work for a paycheck and not care for the work place itself. Not worth the membership if thats the encounters you get as your exiting your store. read more

The feel of Sam's club is very much like shopping at Walmart. Little detail is paid to the presentation of it's products. I shop at both Costco and Sam's Club. I use Sam's for work related needs. They do have a larger variety of candy and office supplies than Costco which is helpful and the staff is nice. Biggest downside for me is the cost, it'd be nice to pick Sam's or Costco but many of the items I buy for myself are noticeably cheaper at Costco, including gas. read more

I love to shop Sam's Club. Customer service is great and there is a really good variety. We used to have a Costco membership but the good deals were just not there. We get good bargains on everything from toilet paper, lunch in their cafeteria,to hearing aides. Keep up the good work. read more

Just your typical bulk shopping store. They keep this place really clean inside and it's not crazy busy which is great. I like to come here often to buy my lunch. However, they always never have their entire menu in stock such as the crispy chicken sandwich and ham and cheese sandwich. read more

Sam's club is an amazing place to shop for all things. Milk and eggs are way cheaper here then the grocery store. They also have great toilet paperwork and other household products. read more

Was at SAMs today. I'm from out of town and was having tire issues. I'm at this store several time a year and have always had a good experience. Today started out like the rest I was promptly waited on and soon found the issue. My tire was not repairable so I decided to have the spare put on. I was called quickly letting me know my vehicle was all ready. I pickup the key and head out. I immediately notice the air pressure was not ok. I asked if they even checked the spare before it was out on. I was told it is not there job. WHAT ?? you have a tire center if you tell me my vehicle is ready I assume it is ready for the road. So they air it up and tell me all is good to go. Not 5 miles down the road pulled over as something just wasn't right. The tire was low on air. Called and spoke with Nick the supervisor and he didn't seem to care one way or the other that I was sent on my way with what happens to be another bad tire. I would have purchased a new tire from them if they had just checked it and told me the spare was also bad. Neendless to say I ended up going elsewhere after I left. I would NEVER buy tires from this place or trust them with a tire repair again! Nick you could also use some training in customer service. My biggest concern is that your staff knew I had a long drive back home with my family and you didn't care I was sent on my way with an usafe tire. Newsflash that is what a tire center is for!! I would give you 0 stars if that was an option. read more
