I got all new tires at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the price and having the availability of the tires that I wanted on hand. Didn't have to wait at all. Customer service on the other hand was very subpar. I made an online appointment, and they called to confirm the appointment. Not sure who I got on the phone but they seem very annoyed. When I got to the store it wasn't much better. If they want people to come back, they need to work on customer service. read more

I had the oil changed in my car at Tires Plus on 13th Ave. So in Fargo. I drove it after for a few miles then it started leaking oil. I had to have it towed. I did not tow it to tires plus! come to find out, the mechanic at tires plus must have been an idiot, he put the oil filter on wrong! just lucky I caught it before the engine got ruined. needless to say, I would not recommend this place for anything mechanical. read more

Talk about customer service! This team truly went above and beyond! I was traveling on a business trip to Canada and going stuck about 30 miles north of Fargo with a flat tire. As evening was approaching, we had limited time for the tow truck to take us into Fargo, nonetheless find a shop that could service us. I was flying out of Minneapolis the following morning- time crunch was putting things lightly. We called Tires Plus, explained our time crunch and situation, and they said if we arrived by 7 pm (their closing time), they'd service our tire. Low and behold, as our tow truck pulled in a few minutes after 7 pm, we were stunned that the staff was willing to still take care of us. This saved us a lot of headache and hassle. 13th Ave Fargo Tires Plus is the best! My car is an import that requires service every 10K miles or about once a year. Brandon and Eric know me by name, even though I'm only there once or twice a year for service or tire work. I dropped by with no appointment at 3 p.m. Friday afternoon after having a service company change a flat and install my spare. The tire was shredded, they tracked down a pair of very unusual sized tires, installed them and had me on my way quickly. Can't say enough good about these guys and the work they do! read more

Don't purchase tires here! This is the only company we have used for tires since purchasing our vehicle in 2008, including new sets of both winter and summer tires. When we purchased summer tires, we purchased tire insurance (vehicle is AWD). Today, got a flat and they now say they have no record of our summer tire purchase. There is no question if we have purchased them there; we absolutely did. Avoid this place, they apparently lose records of tires purchased when you also purchase tire insurance. The first time I took my vehicle here they were so amazing and worked with us to get the best deal on a very expensive and necessary repair. They also fixed the vehicle quickly. Since then we've gotten a new car but continue to take our vehicles there and every time they exceed expectations. I been going to this place since I moved to Fargo but this place is not friendly or customer oriented. They forcing customers to buy their products and if you refuse the fat old man at that front desk will be so rude to you. In 2018 I told my girlfriend car there for them to replace the four tyres and less than two years there was a nail on one of the tyres and I took it to the for repair but they refused and told me to buy new tyres again. That tyres was recommended by them during the time I bought and it was the most expensive. I have all receipts to prove. Just this year again I took my own car there for tyres change again but the way they treating customers is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Especially the fat old man. Maybe he thinks he can intimidate me that day. I will never go there or even recommend this place to anyone. read more

My 65K mile tires only lasted 43K miles. When I complained, he gave me a 20% discount on new tires. When I got my final bill, I got $97 tires for $77 each but they charged me an extra $130 for labor to mount and balance those 2 tires plus 2 others I had snow tires on - all of these tires were bought from them. The bottom line? I paid $286 for $155 worth of tires that only last 80% (at best). Lastly, when I asked about the 65K mile warranty, he said I didn't bring the tires in every 5,000 miles to get them rotated so the warranty was void. Who gets their tires rotated after only 5000 miles? I religiously had them rotated every 10,000 by them! Yet, they never told me I was voiding my warranty until the tires needed to be replaced. Terrible, terrible place to do business. You have been warned! read more

extreamly disapointed with tire's plus. took my car in, they said it will take a week to get the part. at the end of that week, it turns out they ordered wrong part and took another week to finaly get the right part in and fixed. when i came to pick up my car i asked if i could get a discount since they ordered wrong part and took another week to get fixed. the guy just laughed and said, that would be nice, but we can't do that. read more

These guys are fantastic. I was dropping my daughter off at NDSU and blew out a break line on the way up from the Twin Cities. Not only did they get me back home Sunday night, the price was incredibly reasonable. My brother owns a repair shop in the Twin Cities and after checking out their work he said, "they did a great job and charged you like I would charge one of my regular customers". I was traveling with a camper through the area and had a tire blowout on the camper about 25 miles west of Fargo. My parents were following me as we just came from a family reunion, so I left my wife and 3 dogs with the camper while we loaded up the wheel into my parents car. I brought the wheel into Firestone and they had 2 people waiting in the lobby area. No-one in line. I waited by the counter for about 10 minutes while I watched 3 workers standing by the service counter in the shop talking. When someone finally came in and asked what they could do for me, I told him what happened and asked if he had time to change out a tire on the rim. He told me no, they were too busy and didn't have time. He sent me down the road to Tires Plus since he told me they usually weren't "as busy". I walk into Tires Plus and the place is as busy as can be. A few waiting in lobby and 3 people in line. When it came my turn, I told the worker what had happened, he checked to make sure he had a tire in stock and told me he did and would get right on it. From the time the worker first talked to me to when I was walking out of there it was 11 MINUTES. And the price was even better. I wish I would've read reviews before I walked into that sorry excuse of a business called FIRESTONE. I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. I understand you may be "busy" but to take 11 minutes to change out a tire and make easy money is a no brainer. I just want to say again how exceptional the customer service was at Tires Plus!
