    One: Do not buy the car wash! It's $7 and a waste of money my car was covered in leftover soap when it was done and honestly just not a good wash. Two: we went to the cafe after shopping because you work up an appetite well they didn't have the salad like the one in Brandon has so I went with a hotdog and pizza for the kids and also got a pretzel. The food was fine, it came out quickly and the drink machine area and tables were being cleaned every so often while we were there. They had plenty of condiments for the food. Not a bad lunch

    Purchased 4 tires from Sam's club less than a year ago. The driver's side front is constantly losing air. Took my car back multiple times only to be told it was a weather situation; they refilled my tires and sent me home. Called this morning to let them know that now there is a bubble on the front tire. They said I could either walk in and take a chance on availability or wait until March 10th for an appointment. They person on the call was rude and did not seem to care about my situation. I paid a lot of money for those tires and expected better customer service. I guess I was asking for too much. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing tires from Sam's Club in the future. A very disappointed ex customer.

    Love Sams club - great deals and amazing prices. Do t forget to stop by and grab a ice cream or a soda and the pizza is also so bad for you .....but tastes so good!

    My friend who is disabled went yesterday to this Sam's Club. She has a Mobility Scooter. She arrives and finds shopping carts blocking the handicap ramps and the fire lane so she can't get into the store! She calls the customer service desk to see if someone could help her and the male employee tells her "that's just the way we do it" and hangs up! She calls back to try again and the male employee class a crazy, f--king bitch. We have turned this over to the ADA for follow up! Sorely disappointed with this establishment.

    Location is always clean. Associates are always very friendly and very easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

My doctor called in a…read moreprescription on Monday morning at 9 AM when I called 24 hours later to find out the status I was told that the prescription had not been called in. So I called my doctor again to have them call it in. The pharmacist stated they would call me once they had. I waited a week called back and was told it wasn't in so I called the doctors office once again to find out the issue. Received a text to call the pharmacy back as they had an update to my prescription so I call after being on hold for 15 minutes I hang up and call again only to be hung up on. Called again as it's a prescription that is needed and this is the only compound pharmacy close by me. Finally speak to someone that basically asks if I want the prescription. After calling for 2 weeks of course I want the prescription. This seems excessive for a business that doesn't appear to have a ton of customers. Reading the previous reviews it seems that they are all happy coming here HOWEVER I was not impressed. Really concerning that a 100 dollar prescription takes weeks to get and then 3-4 days to make. Would rather go to walgreens or cvs and have them compound it for me as this place is not very customer focused in my opinion.

    This was one of the worst experiences ever. I have a cornea transplant and I was in pain, waiting…read morefor my medicine. They told me it would be ready at 3 PM. When my brother went at 3:10, they said the system was down. I called the pharmacy multiple times and they hung up on me twice after making me wait a long time. I sent my mom to the store and the system was working, but the employee was very rude and unprofessional. I called my mom and she put me in speakers to explained this was the third time trying to get my medication and that I was in pain, the employee started yelling at me. My mom asked for the manager and the other lady's name (Black woman with black hair and blonde highlights). Right away she took off her name tag. The meme she give my mom was Tamara, but I'm not even sure that was her real name Because she take of her name tag. This pharmacy has no respect, no compassion, and no professionalism. Delaying medication for a transplant patient is unacceptable. I will never go back to this store.

    I rarely write reviews, but my experience today left me shocked and angry…read more I received a call from the pharmacy letting me know that my insurance wouldn't cover the medication prescribed to me for an urgent and painful medical issue. Instead of offering support or guidance, the pharmacist (or pharmacy tech because I wasn't given a name) coldly told me that I needed to call my insurance, find out what they would cover, and then contact my doctor and ask them to send in a new prescription. Let me be clear: I'm the patient, not the middleman. I'm in pain. I've already spent weeks navigating the healthcare system trying to get relief, and now I'm being told to run around doing the job that should be handled between the pharmacy, the doctor, and the insurance provider. The tone of the call was dismissive, robotic, and frankly insulting. It felt like they were saying, "Not our problem go and figure it out." No compassion, no attempt to help, just a wall of indifference. This is a pharmacy--a place people turn to when they're sick, hurting, and vulnerable. It shouldn't be this hard to get medication or at least be treated with respect. Walgreens, do better. Train your staff to care because right now, they're just adding to the pain.
