This is one that will pass the electrical testing because the Key Fob open settings still worked. However the remote setting that detects you and opens without hitting the button was not. Make sure this works otherwise it will cost you $100 at the dealership to reconnect. Btw, Pablo and Kyle argued with me. Will not be going back here. Shame as I brought them 3 cars. No loyalty.

Their attention to detail and customer service was also not as to be expected. Recently my car was involved in another collision that was the fault of the other driver. To get the process started for a rental car before liability was assigned, Geico my insurance company insisted I started the claim with them and can be transferred. So I brought my car to the recommended shop and they started the assessment process. Without my knowledge they completely dismantled my car and told me my car was totaled. I drove home 1.5 hours from the accident - no alarms, damage to the tires, etc. Just front end damage. When liability was placed on the other driver, I decided to get my car and get a second opinion and take it to another shop. They threatened that if it was anything but totaled, it was insurance fraud, did not put my car back together to be sent to the other shop, and when a tow truck came to get it, it was insurance fraud parts and the entire front bumper was missing. Needless to say, the other shop fixed it, State Fark paid for the damages, and I will NEVER take my car to Top Gyn Collision again. They are overpriced, work is shotty and I just don't trust them.

Smit, the owner, was nice enough to come over the house the next day to look over the bad detail job. At first he said he would come back another day to make it better. He never did. About the battery...My wife asked if he could jump the car while he was here the first time looking at the detail problems and he obliged- it was the middle of the day and I was at work still. Unfortunately, he has no clue how to jump a car. He didn't understand what a remote terminal is for and started taking apart the car to get to the battery, unnecessarily. Then he said it needs a "super duper optimum" battery to jump it- that he couldn't with his minivan - and my wife should call AAA. I was on the phone screaming "don't take the car apart!" My 69 yr old father came over later and took care of it in 5 minutes. Battery has been fine since. On to the power tailgate which, again, was working before the detail job; not working after. Smit is now insinuating that the tailgate was broken before and that we are trying to con him out of money. So he thinks that we hired his company, paid for the most expensive package ($250) only to con him into paying for a power tailgate that doesn't work. The truth is, it had been working for the 5+ years I've owned the car before they did their work. I don't need the money. It's called principle. For full disclosure, I asked Smit to give my money back. He refused. I told him I would reverse the charge. He said he'd call his lawyer... Speaking of which...I haven't yet explained the horrible detail job they did. No idea who's giving them these supposedly great reviews. I've had them come to my office and simply wash my car while at work. I met Alex Gurevich, auto/paint manager, when I walked through the door. He was kind and informative as to what my next steps would be after the damage I received from a hit and run. It was reassuring to take my car to someone who knew the correct way to work with insurance and law enforcement. The work that was done on my car was perfect. I had just bought the car a month earlier and the damage was fixed as if it never happened. All fixed, all polished, all clean. Very happy to get my car back like it was just off the car lot. Late review ... came here after a deer accident. Hadn't had to deal with a body shop in decades…read morebefore this and as a female, I don't really trust most body shops. I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

As I looked up Car Source Collision center, Mia S.'s 5 star review was more than enough to convince me to take my car here. And Im so grateful that I did! Andrew was amazing..explaining the process, keeping me posted on updates, and even graciously transporting me to/from the car rental place. But the absolute best part-my car repair looked fantastic!! Perhaps looked even better than prior to my fender bender :) Also, Car Source Collision Center was the most cleanest and stylish body shop Ive ever visited. I felt completely comfortable walking into the waiting area of shop and the comfortable seating, tv, and a water cooler, made my time there very hospitable. Highly recommend yelp peeps!
