They received my triple clamp December 11 and had zero status on my order. I then started to contact them on a weekly basis since Jan 11. 1st response was it will be cut and sent to plating. Contacted them again, " it is waiting for plating and should ship Thursday or Friday. Each week after that the same response. Called them February 6th requesting a status and to ship my triple clamp back to me so I can ride my bike because I now have zero confidence about me getting the product I paid for two months ago. They need to find another vendor of who they outsource to because they seem to be the last priority . This company has zero empathy for their customers, not once did anyone take responsibility or apologize for the wait.
