Customer service is the most important thing I look for when hiring any company. It helps when their pricing is the best. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.
