If I could give negative stars I would. This was the least professional interaction I've ever had. Made me pay 75% upfront via venmo upfont cause they said they needed to buy parts. They never showed up to do the work. There were several excuses being made for not showing up (no parts, no phone, too tired). I asked for a refund that they agreed to give back but NEVER DID. And now they are not responding to my texts. Top it all off he keeps asking for a picture of me and I think that's pretty creepy. Don't let the reasonable prices fool you. We're getting a new HVAC and discovered a clogged, corroded drain when the old furnace was removed. Rust soup was on the menu. Full stop. This wasn't the "Help! My house is flooding" broken pipe scenario, but finding a trustworthy plumber asap can be nerve wracking. My search is over. I called a few places also rated well: tomorrow afternoon at best. Rooter Street was here in less than 90 minutes. That's fast. They diagnosed and cured my clogged drain in short order. Tyler, the owner, did work on the apartment my wife and I rent in Denver with a blocked sink. He apparently was hitting on my wife and then started texting her extremely inappropriate comments after the job was completed. He made her feel very uncomfortable and unsafe...just check the screenshots and invoice for proof. Ladies be warned...owner is a MASSIVE creep! We had a mysterious leak somewhere in the kitchen. We weren't sure what was going on, but there was water damage and our hardwood floors were suddenly uneven. I found Rooter Street on Yelp and called to make an appointment. Tyler replied quickly and said he could come out the same day. He's very conscientious and works many hours. He came when he said he would. He is very courteous and kind. He communicates well. It was a mysterious issue and he spent time diagnosing it. He explained what would need to be fixed and we set another time for him to come back and work on it because it was going to be a large project. I believe him and trust him. Everything he said made sense. He communicated well and texted me well before he arrived for the next few appointments and so I wasn't inconvenienced because he was on time. He replaced a lot of pipe and did an amazing job protecting the rest of our house from damage while he was cutting drywall and creating dust. He cleaned up very thoroughly when he left, which I appreciate because had he not protected the rest of the large rooms he was in, we would have had a ton of drywall dust everywhere. He said the work is warrantied for one year and so far, everything seems great. I even have more room under my kitchen sink because he replaced outdated, problematic 30-year-old pipes with newer technology. read more

I contacted Rooter Street with a backed up main sewer line. Tyler was able to come out same-day and cable it for a good price, which fixed the problem. I am very happy with this part of the service, and would definitely recommend Rooter Street for this. Tyler scoped the line at my request to diagnose what may have went wrong. Tyler's diagnosis was that the main sewer line cast iron pipe was rapidly deteriorating and required urgent replacement. The bid that he gave for the job was $28k. I sought out second opinions. Two companies said that the line was old, but serviceable, and may require cleaning or descaling at most. One other company recommended replacement, with a bid of half the price. read more

We had a great experience with Rooter Street! We needed an undermount sink and leaking faucet replaced, and most companies wouldn't even consider the job. The one other company that did quoted us a similar price, but didn't bother to measure the sink accurately or explain the process as clearly. Our sink was also unusually shaped, but Tyler found an exact fit. He was communicative throughout the process on the status of shipping and delivery of parts, including going to three different Home Depot stores to make sure he found the exact model of faucet we wanted. When it was time for installation, Tyler and his brother James worked carefully and efficiently, keeping us updated along the way and keeping the space clean. The new sink and faucet look great, and we are so happy with the results. They also did some additional work (new disposal, adjusting/extending the pipes) well and at a reasonable price so everything sink-related is now new and easy to use. Extremely professional and prompt response. Ran into issues with my current sewage ejector pump the evening before going out of town for a week, not a good scenario! Two technicians, Tyler and James, came out after hours almost immediately and were able to diagnose the problem, get me to a place where I was comfortable leaving, and offer a range of solutions. I ended up replacing the pump which was ordered while I was out of town. The technician updated me regularly on the order and delivery of the new pump as well as scheduling the work while working around my timeline - despite the fact that I was out of service for the majority of the time away. Turned out that the guy inspected the sinks for 20 minutes and then charged me $165. Then they said I needed two new drains for $370 a piece.
