I'm not much of a whiskey or beer drinker but decided to see what their other offerings were like. This store is located in a nondescript strip mall. It doesn't look like much from the outside but once you step inside you immediately realize this is a liquor store that is stocked by folks that know their booze! I'm a wine person and was impressed with the variety of wines they had to offer. The offerings covered all price ranges and seemed to represent the better quality labels and some smaller independent wineries too. I grabbed a bottle of imported Italian chianti and a cabernet sauvignon from a small Paso Robles vineyard. My wife had asked me to get a bottle of amaretto for an upcoming party and, not finding it on the store shelves, was informed they had bottles behind the counter. The guys working here were very helpful and friendly, prices were reasonable, and the selection was fantastic. Definitely my new go-to store for wine and other alcoholic pleasures.

They claimed that I could not receive a receipt because I did not have an account, which is not a valid explanation. I asked for the transaction to be voided, but they refused to void it and did not issue a refund. After I pointed out the price discrepancy, the shelf price tag was removed. An employee with long hair, who identified himself as the store manager, behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of resolving the issue, he forcibly removed me from the store. This was not the first time this happened. I experienced the same price discrepancy and similar behavior during a previous visit. This indicates a repeated practice rather than an isolated mistake. I have video evidence documenting this incident.
