Best pizza in town period Fast and friendly service always fresh ingredients I eat food from here frequently

This place is pretty good. Their pizza is great for movie nights, and I love how quick It can get delivered.

On October 3rd, 2025, I walked in to Sam's Pizza & More in Stockton, CA. I ordered a personal pizza for one, which cost $6.50. The 18-year-old young man took my order and charged me $7.00. I asked why, and he said that there is a fifty cent charge for using a Debit Card. I said I would have paid cash had he told me so. He said, "Oh, well." I waited for my pizza for 25 minutes and had to leave for another appointment. The young man refused to give me a refund and said, "Just wait a little longer." I said that 5 other customers were helped in that time, and I was the only one waiting. I said I must go, and the young man said, "Then we keep your money and your pizza. So there." I left the restaurant and the store later refused to reimburse me, under any circumstances. I will never return to Sam's Pizza & More, nor should you. read more

It's been a few years of coming here on and off, and 9 out of 10 times, they get my order correct. I usually order the double cheeseburger with bacon large onion rings and large coke for just under $14 or order a personalized pizza that varies in price. When I call in, they always answer the phone promptly and prepare the food fairly quickly when its not pizza. read more

You come here every day after high school and the pizza never disappointed and the hamburgers, never disappointed

The location of this place is pretty unique, and the area may not look good but luckily there are benches and tables around. However, the food here is great for its price and quality. The service is really quick and they even tell you how long it will take to make your food too. Funnily enough a bunch of people get confused with this places menu with The Hamburger Stand next door. This place has way more options on the menu, and I highly recommend it as well. read more

Mom and pop spot!! Grilled cheese, BLT, chicken nuggets and fries combo, chicken teriyaki bowl, maybe the hot wings if they Deep- fried them before tossing them in the sauce. I haven't tried the fish and chips and the chili but I know the burgers are a negative. UPDATE! The fish and chips is trash but if you get the chili burger with cheese and NO lettuce it's alright. Bacon and egg sandwich and fried zucchini are wettt. The mini corn dogs were average. The pizza is alright too! I just like a different style dough. I've been coming here for many years, and I feel Like this place dose not get enough recognition, they serve the best food. my go to items are the tacos and the pizza and the number 2 with bacon. Ordered from Sams and first they forget my deep fried burrito and then my son found this in his teriyaki chicken bowl. Disgusting. It's a fried bug of sorts. My husband called to tell them and there answer to this is "we don't have bugs in here" and we can credit you. Uhmm No! I will not be eating here again! Then he tells her "my wife will be coming down with the bug to show you" and she says "ok bring It and we will see" I cannot deal with STUPID and ignorance with the mood I'm in. Underrated! Pizza is always nice and tasty. I go with the jalapeño with Italian sausage. Their ranch is also very good.

Honestly the best all around. Always great customer service and food. Super friendly. My husband grew up on this place. He took for my first time since moving to Stockton a year ago, and I've been hooked since. It's cheap and good. My favorite is the pizza. It's always fresh and crispy. NEVER disappoints. They have a little bit of everything on the menu from pizza to burgers to chicken teriyaki and ice cream. It's great. It might not be a looker from the outside but it's a good mom and pop shop with good food. You're missing out if you haven't tried this place at least once. read more

(06/17/16) 3.5. Just a review for their burger. I came here bc East Main Drive In was closed already. I ordered a double cheeseburger which has special sauce, lettuce, onion, and pickles (I ordered no pickles). It was similar to the one I tried at California Doughnuts on El Dorado, but this one was slightly better and definitely made to order bc it was still pretty hot when I got home. I probably won't be back anytime soon but maybe if I miss East Main again I will! read more

I love their milkshakes! Get a banana cherry milkshake, its awesome. I was only going to give 3*s because of the wait time, but I like their food. I say call in your order ahead of time. Their burger meat taste like burger king, but their sauce is closer to in n out. My husband says the burgers were dry, but I thought they were fine. The fries are decent, even better dipped in your milkshake. Corndogs are pretty ordinary, but a good price, my kids loved them. They have some great meals there. I'm not a fan of their $5 pizza which is what my work buys for us, but it is tolerable if you are a pizza person.
