The young lady who assisted us was friendly and very knowledgeable on size and style which was a big help to my friend. Lots of things on sale, always check the back racks, but be ware..the clearance stickers aren't always up to date so something that was the color of 30%off only rang up at 20 and could not be "fixed" to match. We still took the item but be ware. They got shoes too!!! Nothing under a size 12 so the pair I liked we scanned and Amazon had in the size needed so that was quick and easy, plus it was on sale there.

Clearly the word is out on the amazing deals and all the good stuff they have here. I easily spent 1-2 hours in here looking at every last piece they had in stock. Spent a long time looking through the clearance rack that had lots of great finds and even walked out with a bunch of them. I bought a body suit that is too big but have been out of town and missed the 30 day return window by 2 days. I took it in to see what can be done, and the girl in store told me to call customer service, assuring me that they're typically able to make exceptions. The rep I spoke with barely asked what was going on before telling me I'm SOL. When I asked for a supervisor or review, he told me he could send it up but they're going to give me the same answer. HORRIBLE customer service from a brand that's been going downhill with quality that's been decreasing. I would have been happy with an exchange for a size that fits, but now I'll probably just be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Express.

I almost did not come back bc I purchased 6 pair of jeans at $150+/each ......less than a year I blew through the crouch & butt area of the pants bc I love to weightlift & DO NOT SKIP LEG DAY EVER!!! It's a bodybuilder worst trait when ya thighs & but don't fit into these new age straight leg anorexic European slim fit tapered leg jeans. True Religion now has a new line called RICKY. These are perfect for people who don't skip leg day. The pants are stretchy, so you won't bust through them easily. The waist still does fit to good/perfect bc I have small waist & thick thighs, but it works. I have now gone back and purchased every color possibility the RICKY style comes in. Best part is that these jeans are soft & comfy. I have never felt jeans this soft, stretchy, and durable in over the last 10-15years til now. I wandered around and picked out a couple of things to try. Casey got down a shirt for me as I wasn't tall enough to reach it. The fitting room associate was so nice too. The item I tried was hand sewn so there is a little variation between the pieces. The skirt of the dress didn't lay well where the zipper was and that was too bad because I really liked the dress. It would have been perfect for an upcoming trip. The prices are affordable with the sale and average for the mall itself. So definitely check them out.
