    Yum yum roll

Fantastic sushi rolls but be warned, the Eureka is insanely spicy. The sushi chef warned us that it was really spicy and I said good because we like spicy but holy crap! That little Thai chili chopped in there is no joke! The flavor was amazing and between the crunchy tempura and chili powder, it actually tasted like flaming hot cheetos. It was delicious despite my mouth being on fire. I wasn't so sure about ordering the Yum Yum roll at first because I've had other rolls with lemon slices and wasn't a fan but the other ingredients sounded so good, I just had to give it a try. So glad I did! The balance of that roll was spot on. The flavors, textures, everything. Just amazing. We'll definitely be back.

For this Mesquite Nevada town, it is pretty great. Nice atmosphere, everyone seems happy, and the food is awesome. Maybe not perfect but it is in Mesquite which is geography challenged, so pretty impressed. YELP SHORT ANSWER: Yes for sure visit here. Location: Nice older building, looks like a great place for a restaurant, good parking. Building: Very inviting, nice entry and waiting area. Seating area has many options. Atmosphere: Very upbeat, everyone seemed happy, with a normal noise level. Good place for a meeting. Menu: Well done easy to read, nothing stuffy here. Food Prep: Nicely done, sushi was done well and served in reasonable cuts. Food: Really well done, sushi rolls were great and sashimi was good quality cuts. A great value compared to larger cities. Waitstaff: Better than most, very fun and upbeat, respectful of conversations and check out. Overall Value: I believe it is a very equitable dining experience with lots of Asian options, please check them out.

    Salmon roll and tuna roll.

Stopped to try this restaurant for lunch while waiting the traffic jam on the way to St. George, Utah. The restaurant was mostly empty but it took so long to get seated. Server didn't seem friendly and was not a pleasant experience service-wise. The decor of the restaurant is decent. We ordered some rolls (salmon, yellowtail and tuna). The sushi/roll cuts were tiny and the fish wasn't spectacular. Too pricy for the quality and the service you get. This place is only managing to get by because it's the only Japanese restaurant in this town. Would never recommend.

dry and ofer seasoned, did not bring any sauces out. had to ask

We initially had reservations for 7:45, but I asked if they could be pushed back to 8:00 as we wanted to do some gambling. Since they were not busy, pushing back the reservations was not an issue. When we sat down we were given some bread and waters while we decided on what to eat. We decided to order 2 bowls of the lobster bisque soup. Their lobster bisque offers a generous portion of lobster as well as a delicious flavor. For my entree, I ordered the 8oz filet mignon. The filet came out tender and full of flavor. For sides we ordered a sweet potato, creamed spinach, and asparagus. The cream spinach was hands down my favorite side offering a rich flavor.

A fresh bread basket was brought to the table with some incredible raisin nut bread. Along with olives and Parmesan! We also ordered the bacon-wrapped scallops from the appetizer menu and the steakhouse salad. The service was great. Everything was delicious and just the right amount of food for a hot day. Great drinks, tasty bites, and the perfect pre-pool-party stop. Highly recommend! ‍

I hadn't eaten anything else that day, so I was very concerned. To make matters worse, communication with several staff members was difficult because of the language barrier. I had trouble explaining my order and asking questions, which only added to the frustration. A restaurant that's built around the image of a classic American 1950s diner should deliver good food, good service, and clear communication with its customers. Unfortunately, my experiences have fallen well short of that. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
