This place isn't very good, and I've been to a lot of sushi places. Let's start with the pros: Employees are nice and friendly. Cons: Miso soup was served with a small plastic spoon. Are you guys serious? The chunks of tofu inside the miso soup were broken up and pretty much decomposed. They give you wasabi and ginger along with the sushi, but no bowl to dip the soy sauce in. You have to ask them for it. Wasabi had a piece of small ginger stuck into it. They don't have low sodium soy sauce (green), just red. Rainbow roll Sushi was sticky and hard to peel apart. This place isn't terrible if u like your sushi amateur style or if you are just here to eat the grilled terriyaki meats. But if you are coming here just for the sushi then don't be surprised if you get the run-down Perris version of sushi cuisine. This place is closer to a rotation belt sushi place than an authentically fresh 4-5 star sushi joint. But I mean I'm pretty sure you already know that since there is no sushi bar, just dine-in lunch and dinner style hole in the wall. read more

Not that great ive had sushi from many places and by far the worst the California roll was just not appealing. My wife ordered the crunch roll and green dragon .crunch was good but the green dragon was not up to par with the crunch .the menu is small also. read more

My friend and I went here for lunch based on the great reviews. I will admit when we walked in, I was expecting an actual sushi bar. It is not. We each ordered their lunch special with chicken teriyaki, California roll (wrapped in soy paper) and shrimp/veggie tempura. I waited patiently to see how this plot was going to unfold. When the food arrived, I proceeded with caution...but MAN, I was not prepared for what I encountered. By FAR, the best tempura I have ever had, and the chicken teriyaki was moist and full of fabulous flavor. The California roll was pretty good, but not particularly memorable, and they only offer regular soy sauce...no reduced sodium. The serving sizes were just right for a good lunch...but I took some of my chicken teriyaki home to share. Funny story...my friend did the same thing, but she told hubby she would fix him something else as she was NOT going to share...so clearly, she loved hers too!!! Suffice it to say...I am trying to find ANY excuse possible to head to Perris again at lunchtime!!! read more

Yeah, so I won't be coming back here. There are vacant tables, but they are doing take out orders only. Really? So I can't sit down at an empty table and eat here. What? It was 8:00 pm, and they are open till 9:00 pm. Never heard of that, but you don't have to worry about me coming back! I was going to go grocery shopping after, so I could either leave my meal in a hot car and go shopping or go home! As I got ready to leave, I noticed that a group that came in AFTER me were not asked to take to do take out! So, a single person has to do take out, but a group of four can eat there? By the time I left, there were only three tables being used! Horrible customer service! I usually give them a great tip, but this time they got nothing from me and I WILL NOT BE BACK! read more
